Ivy Lane

Very nice store, love the décor, great jewelry, cute clothes. Fantastic gifts. Always new items. Vera Bradley sales are great. Always a sale. Get their emails, there is always a sale. Love their events. I love how they support the local schools and teachers and other local charities. Great addition to east Cobb and Marietta. Love shopping and supporting local businesses. Nobody is perfect but they are close.

I purchased a Jim Shore Santa as a gift at full price before Christmas and when checking out asked the clerk for a gift receipt which she provided — she never mentioned that it could not be returned. Today, when I tried to return it and even showed the manager the gift receipt that i was provided, she refused to refund or provide store credit. The receipt did have a note at the bottom that said sale and holiday items are final, but I should have been told this before I made the purchase and especially when I requested a gift receipt. I think this is very dishonest

Having lived in East Cobb for a long time, I was looking forward to Ivy Lane being a regular favorite boutique of mine. It’s a very cute store, and though a bit pricey I have seen a few hidden gems.
Unfortunately, the lack of customer service, being ignored by staff, and even rude looks I have gotten the times I have been there, have deterred me from purchasing anything.
I might give it another try or two in the future with hope that my experience will be better, but my hopes for this being a go to boutique of mine have long since been dashed.

Too cluttered, same merchandise as the last 2 years. Very overpriced.

Love this store! This has become my go-​to store for gifts for every occasion. There is also a great selection of clothing for myself and my two college age daughters. Ivy lane is easy to navigate and constantly getting new merchandise. I stop in at least once a week and always something new. The customer service is friendly and helpful. I’m so happy to have such a fantastic store in my neighborhood!

I would like to start off this review by saying that I have shopped at Ivy Lane on multiple occasions and every time I have left with great product and great customer service. The age range of sales associates is between 18 – 50 which is great for different customer markets. I can go in and have a sales associate who I can relate to and so can my mother. The products that Ivy Lane carries is great and targets the clientele for the area as well as for surrounding areas. You can find Vera Bradley, Kate Spade (home and office), Lilly Pulitzer, Southern Tide, Jadelynn Brooke, and so much more. They also sell the candles that Antropologie burns in their store, which is great because I can get my favorite candle with out traveling the distance to an Anthropologie store.
They also have a wide variety of clothing that is so very cute, and great for back to school or even work!
All in all the customer service at Ivy Lane is wonderful, the girls that work there always make sure you get what you need and they talk to you and build relationships with you! I have gone in countless times and seen a friendly face that wants to help me in buying the perfect gift! I am so happy to have such a great store just around the corner from me!

I’ve shopped Ivy Lane 5 different times to date. I kept going back hoping that my experience was just a fluke. No such luck.
Although they DO have a lot of cute merchandise and it’s nice to have a little gift shop in such a convenient location, I will not be back due to the unbelievably snotty attitude of the staff! Every time I have been to Ivy Lane I have been treated as if they are doing ME a favor by being there. There is ZERO customer service. Overall they act as if customers are an aggravation. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it and I’m honestly not sure how this store is staying in business. Most of the other Unilocal reviews express the same exact concern so I know it’s not «just me».
I’m very disappointed as I would love to support a locally owned business; especially a business owned and operated by a woman. But either the woman who owns it has no idea what is going on in her own store OR she’s in the wrong business. If she’s smart she’ll either retrain or fire her entire staff.
As a side note … twice I’ve purchased items here that once I got home noticed they were USED. A little wrought iron garden flag post that had scratches and dried mud all over the bottom of it and a table runner that had a stain on it.

Location is in the old Hallmark Gold Store in the Publix shopping center at Sandy Plains and Shallowford and honestly, they’ve done very little to the layout or most of the merchandise other than take out the Hallmark cards.
Some cute items — very unique gift type things but on the pricey side. I could tolerate that were it not for the complete rudeness of the staff and owners. It’s definitely not worth dealing with the staff to buy an overpriced Vera Bradley bag you can get cheaper at Mori Luggage and Gifts at the Avenues of East Cobb — or at any of the many Macy’s one day sales throughout the year.

I stopped by Ivy Lane on opening weekend and thought about writing a review then because I wasn’t impressed. I figured I would wait for them to get established before doing so. I have come back a few times since they first opened and each time its better. They have a lot more merchandise now and it is much better organized. They have clothes and accessories, items for the home and baby items. Some of the name brands they carry are Vera Bradley and Divinci Beads. They also have some collegiate and high school gear for local schools for those who are into school spirit.
This is a great place to go if you are shopping for a gift for someone who is hard to shop for. There is such a variety of merchandise in one place that you are bound to find something. I like their home stuff the best and this is a great place to get a hostess or housewarming gift. I found the perfect little gift for a friend and I cannot wait to give it to her.
If you are in the area stop by — you won’t be disappointed! There is a lot to look at so plan on spending awhile browsing around. Also, be sure to sign up for their email list or like them on Facebook. They are always running promotions.

Ivy lane is located right next to Bath and Body Works and Publix on Sandy Plains Rd.
I stopped by Publix to purchase yogurt and wondered into the Ivy Lane. It is a super cute little shop that kind of has a bit of everything. There are Vira Bradley items (great because I was shopping for Mother’s Day), baby clothes, jewelry, women’s clothes, and other housewares and decorations. The layout of the store was easy to maneuver and find what you are looking for. The fashions were really colorful and bright which is perfect for the Summer. I honestly, didn’t really go that deep into the clothes racks but there did seem to be a few really cute dresses. The prices were on the upper end of fair. Not a great bargain but definitely won’t break the bank. My favorite part was the dessert counter in the middle of the store. Chocolates and macaroons are always a great reason to go into a store in my opinion. The nice and staff were super helpful and nice, they just opened a few weeks ago but I definitely think they are here to stay. It is definitely worth stopping in. I
