I’ve emailed them once and left 2 voice messages over the last 2 weeks and can’t even get a call back. Twice I’ve called and their voice mailbox is full. If you’re that busy, you need to hire some more people.

Don’t bother with these guys unless you want to be over-​charged and aggravated. I asked them out to give me a quote for fixing a wooden mailbox post. They quoted me a rather high price, but I needed this done so I agreed. They were supposed to come 2 days later on Saturday. They then rescheduled for Sunday. They didn’t show up on Sunday and didn’t call. I called on Monday morning and the girl told me she would call her boss and call me back. She never called. I called again on Tuesday morning and the girl answering the phone guaranteed they would do the job either Tuesday or Wednesday at the very latest. Yep, you guessed it, they never showed up. Total waste of my time. Called another handy man company, they showed up the very next day, gave me a quote that was $ 50 cheaper than HandyAndy, and did the job the very same day. This company is a complete waste of time and obviously don’t care about their would-​be customers or repeat business. If you’re reading reviews for HandyAndy and considering them, my advice is to keep going and call someone else.
