When I was about 9, my mom showed me how to wind a bobbin, thread the sewing machine and stitch a row of stitches. Ever since then, I have been obsessed with pretty fabrics and dreamed of being able to use ALL of them. I suppose you can say that my dream has come true if you were to see my studio!

Once I got to high school, I took an entire year of clothing and learned the correct way to sew. My style now is a mashup of the correct way and the way I taught myself.

I am an alum of Georgia Tech (Go Jackets!), where I received my BS in Management with a concentration in accounting. Before quitting my day job, I worked in tax accounting preparing corporate returns for huge companies.
