The place was disgusting around 4pm on 8−26−15. Crumbs and stains on every single table. I’m not too hard to please, but I did have to ask someone if they would lend me a rag to wipe the table down. Then, the person taking my order rang me up incorrectly, and I was served the incorrect meal. The kitchen fixed my meal, but the most telling moment of my visit is when the cashiers did not offer to correct their clerical mistake, even at a loss for the company. It reflects the laziness and inattention to detail already smeared on their tables. I’ll gladly pay more if it means getting good customer service. I would NOT recommend this specific Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone, in fact, just the opposite. Find another coffee shop!

This Dunkin location leaves MUCH to be desired. Went here today with my fiancé to get a simple order(Hazelnut Coffee for him and a donut for me). The woman at the speaker was incredibly difficult to understand, took a long time to react when we got there, and was obviously disinterested when we pulled up to the window. My fiancé had to clarify 2 or 3 times that he didn’t want cream or sugar(he is dairy intolerant and can consume small amounts of dairy, but will get sick from a whole cup of coffee with creamer). Sure enough, he gets it and it has creamer. No big deal, mistakes happen, but when we went back– ugh! The girl at the counter(we went inside this time) spent several minutes arguing that the cashier had rung the order in correctly(she later realized she had not in fact done so) and then said«Well I can’t give you a refund» And my fiancé asked«Well get your manager then» Where was the manager? Outside taking a personal call on her cell phone! The worst part is that when she realized someone needed her she came inside and spent another few minutes talking on the phone before finally deciding to issue the refund. it seemed like the kind of place where no one actually works and everyone just sort of half does their job, resulting in a place that is in awful shape– I’ll stick to the Krispy Kreme only a few minutes away from now on!

What’s not to like? Ice cream donuts and great coffee! Free wifi… Nice tv… clean…friendly service… I don’t ever want to come here again but only because I came here out of sheer necessity playing the waiting game and this isn’t my favorite part of town… But if I’m ever in the area again and either crave a donut or Ice cream(probably never as I don’t have a sweet tooth) I will stop in!

Since this place is near my school I decided to try it out. The first time I came here I went through the drive thru the line wasn’t too long, but when I ordered my chicken sandwich they had ran out on biscuits so they offered me it on a crescont. Which was really good the service was very quick. The second time I came here I ordered a six pack of donuts and receive a 12 count which I was surprised until I came home and realized all of them were hard. The night shift service was also terrible two African american girls were rude and were mostly firting with some guy they knew. When I tried to decide on my donut choice they rolled their eyes and smacked their lips. Very rude! Third time I came in for breakfast the cashier was nice but seems busy with other things. She talked to me like I was a baby. In total won’t know how to rate this place the service depends on who’s working and if the managers is there or not, the manager is really nice.. Pros: good coffee and breakfast Cons: Service is hit or miss, donut quality.

Dirty Dunking Donuts. I feel like when I go in here that I am at McDonalds. The drive-thru might as well not be listening to you when you order a drink because they are going to give it to you the way they want to. The ice coffee drink I ordered here was good, but it had way too much sugar in it. If you want to go to a Dunkin, then go to the one closer to I-285 in Smyrna or to the one on Roswell and Piedmont rd. They will listen a little better, not much, but a little better.

I visit this location several times a week for a giant iced coffee and the occasional croissant. I can’t speak for the afternoon crew(or for their ice cream), but the morning crew is awesome! Those girls are always friendly and quick(which is super important to me in my pre-morning coffee haze)! I’ve also never had issues with the coffee tasting funny/different on some days. The coffee @ Dunkin is also cheaper than Starbucks… screw Starbucks.
