History

Established in 1987.

The company’s president and owner is David K. Wilson, C.P.A. who began the firm in 1984 in Marietta, Georgia after working seven years in both public and industry accounting. In 1987, Mr. Wilson purchased the CPA practice of Charles W. Emerson, CPA, P.C., which began in the 1950’s. In 1992, the corporation added additional clients by purchasing another small Smyrna based practice. Then, 1994 saw the largest growth to date with the purchase of the firm, Shelby E. Chambers, CPA, P.C. which effectively doubled our client base and our staff. Since then, the company’s well established client base has grown significantly and consistently. Mr. Wilson is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the state CPA Societies in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina.
