Custom Carpet Care

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
A guy name John comes to my house to clean the carpets. We have dogs and cats and unfortunately they have accidents and the carpet is a mess. This guy John keeps going on and on about how bad the carpets are to the point of being rude. No sh*t the carpets are in bad shape, that’s why we hired you.
Then he asks if I had any kids, I told him no and asked him why that matters. His said our house was a unhealthy place for kids because the carpets are so bad and that he would call DFCS if we had kids. WTF!!! I told him to keep those comments to himself and he replied with «I’ve done it before». I told him to get the F*CK out of my house and that I was not paying him for anything.
As I watched him load up his van I said it’s not good business to insult your customers. His reply was «Sometimes the truth hurts». What the hell was his problem? There is nothing wrong with my house for children.
Stay Away! We actually called Houndstooth Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning (770) 326‑6244, and they sent this awful person. Houndstooth Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is trying to make this right with us, so we’ll see what happens.
