No, the feedback was correct. This is a HORRIBLE company. I have been working with this group for three months, was given false information, received untimely responses (when I got them), and in the end, found out that the company had no clue about a property that they had listed. I buy and sell 10 – 20 properties per year so I have dealt with many real estate companies. This one is by far the WORST! Buyer/​Seller BEWARE! Do not deal with this company. How they are in business is beyond me.

Most of these statements in the prior review were completely inaccurate. My husband and I were the buyers for the transaction and the prior reviewer has grossly misrepresented the facts. Ms. Newton treated all parties to this transaction with respect, especially her client, who is by far one of the most unreasonable people I have ever encountered.

The house sold itself and a good thing since there was little service and support provided by Courtney Newton or her team. When we interviewed Courtney we loved her enthusiasm and attitude. However the interview was her best performance. Communication throughout the entire time period (Jan — March) was inconsistent, in accurate and lacking. Support and personal presence was non existent. I have sold many homes both in Georgia and other states and have never had such an unprofessional, lazy, inconsiderate agent so lacking in support. The responses to our questions were inaccurate and lacking. Before we had even signed papers giving Courtney the listing I shared my concerns and red flags: Courtney was not listening and consequently her team was not listening. Courtney’s office set closing on the wrong date. The buyers were allowed open access and even moved their items into the house before closing. This is trespassing but yet Courtney said nothing. The appraisal was $ 24.0 off from agreed sales price and we were never given any reasons as to why the variance was so large. Courtney showed up the day before the house went on MLS to have papers signed, then again for appraisal and then at closing. LAZY when it comes to the needs of her clients. Of course Courtney is very busy but not exactly spending time on her clients and their needs. When it comes to speaking engagements Courtney is the first to show up. But fear not Courtney showed up for her check at closing.
