I have been here for drug screen 2 times. Never gotten out of here in less than 2 hours. This process usually takes less than 15 minutes elsewhere. I guess urgent care is meant to be ironic. Also the charge for collection is double what they charge at other places.

I would avoid this place at all costs. I came for a simple drug screening and waited over an hour to be seen. When I arrived there were only 4 people waiting, so I’m not sure what they were doing. Had I not been sent here for work, I would have gotten up and left. Unexceptable.

90 minutes is too long to have to wait when it’s just for a drug screening. It’s also aggravating to be handed the clipboard of unnecessary and tedious new patient paperwork when I’m just there to pee in a cup. I did like that snacks and coffee were cheerfully offered and an apology was made for the delay. That at least tells me they’re trying to improve things.

If you have a choice, do not come to this facility. After going to a minute clinic, I was told I needed a chest x-ray.I called on the telephone I was told there’s a one to one half hour wait time and that they have the capability of taking a chest x-ray.I showed up at 10:30 am. I sat in the lobby until 130, until being taken into an exam room. It is now 3 PM and I’ve still yet to see a doctor. For a place listed under urgent care, there sure doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency. You’re better off just going and waiting at a hospital. Save yourself about six or seven hours of trouble and don’t come here, if you have to, bring a very long book.

This is the worst. This has been a bunch of non educated people working here. A three hour wait is unreal and not acceptable. I’m shocked but then again there is healthcare for us

Been coming to this location for years and is always the same story. The paperwork my company sent can never be found and it takes for ever to get the physical started. This place needs to set up appointment times and stick to them. Also getting at location by 0700 will help.
