Founded in 1977, Cobb & Cherokee Emergency Veterinary Clinic offers veterinary emergency and critical care medicine services for pets. The clinic provides hospitalization, lab work, radiography, examination and consulting services. It works with a team of veterinarians and technicians. Cobb & Cherokee Emergency Veterinary Clinic also provides diagnostic imaging services. Its surgery suite is equipped with gas anesthetic machine, surgery lights, electrocautery, adjustable surgery table, heating support, light box infusion pump, and ECG and pulse oximetry machines. Cobb & Cherokee Emergency Veterinary Clinic is located in Marietta, Calif.
History
Established in 1990.
Since 1977, the highly trained and dedicated staff of Cobb Emergency Veterinary Clinic has provided, and pledges to continue to provide the highest quality of veterinary emergency and critical care medicine. In 1997, CEVC relocated to our state-of the-art referral medical facility on Cobb Parkway. Most diagnostic procedures can be performed in their entirety at this facility.
In 1999, CEVC expanded our emergency and critical care services with the purchase of Cherokee Emergency Veterinary Clinic. In 2007, with the growth of Cherokee County and North Georgia, ChEVC relocated to the new ChVERC on Highway 92 in Woodstock.
Today, CEVC, P.C. is a privately owned small business with approximately thirty shareholders. All of whom are area veterinarians. Our hospitals proudly employ over 65 veterinary professionals, including 13 full time veterinarians, certified or registered technicians, veterinary assistants, customer service representatives, and administrative professionals.
