I had a relatively small collision, though still very stressful, being new to the area.
I received many updates on the progress of my car and those I worked with were upfront and true to their word on the estimate and time for repair.
I valued that, as well as their kindness.
My repair was excellent and I was pleased with the outcome, as well.

I was hit from behind on my way to work. The other driver was at fault and his insurance company offered to have it repaired and recommended several shops for their «express repair» service. I decided to have the repairs done at the Cobb Pkwy. location because it is convenient to my job. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went. Paul, the on –site GEICO rep, handled the claim very efficiently and had a rental car ready for me from the on-​site Enterprise office. Crystal, the Classic Collision rep, kept me updated throughout the entire repair process.
My car looks great too. I will definitely recommend.

I got into an accident involving four cars about a month ago and my car suffered from damage to mainly the rear bumper, exhaust system, and my front bumper, making it unsafe to drive. I was overwhelmed, as it was the first major accident I was involved in, and scrambled to find a reputable collision center after towing it to one nearby that I didn’t fully trust. I found Classic Collision and I’m very glad that I ended up towing my car to them!
They started looking at my car right away once they received it — unlike the other shop where it sat for several days without anyone looking at it — and promptly emailed me the first few estimates. At first, there was a misunderstanding about the front bumper, as they said they would not fix it since they believed it wasn’t part of the accident. I was quite angry about it; however, when I told them what happened in the accident and that my front bumper did collide into the car in front of me, they quickly took another look at it and added it to the estimate. Scott and Alex kept me updated on my car’s progress and answered any questions that I had about the repairs.
They first believed that my car would take several weeks to fix, as they told me my car had more problems than they had expected. But to my surprise, they called me on a Friday right before I was going to leave for vacation and told me my car was ready, a week before the projected complete date! I was so elated and relieved, I was ready to have my baby back and get rid of the rental I was driving. Thanks to their speedy repairs on the car, I was stress free on my vacation.
The car looks amazing, the paint job was done very well on my bumpers and trunk lid and the exhaust system is shiny and new. It honestly looks better than it was before, even better than it looked when I first bought it. Thanks for the great work and service! I will definitely come back to them if I ever get into another accident (which I hope doesn’t happen again!)

I recently got a new Honda Accord and not even a week later got into an accident and was devastated. I was so anxious about getting it repaired and finding some place that would provide the best service possible. I stumbled upon Classic collision on Cobb parkway and spoke with Anthony McNelly and he provided such great customer service from the way he greeted me to how he went through and explained the estimate that was done to how they would go about repairing the damages. I made the decision the next day to bring my car back to get the repairs done and was told it would take up to 3 days. I was pleasantly surprised the next day by getting a text message as well as a phone call stating that my car would be ready for pickup within the hour and I was ecstatic. When I arrived to pick up my car I saw Anthony and saw that he was happy that I was so excited about my car being ready. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the quality of the work that was done and the service he provided and I was. They did such a great job that I could not tell that anything had every happened and that’s exactly what I was looking for in a body shop. I must say the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Now that’s what I call great customer service.

They had my car for 2 weeks and I am still waiting on it. The damage was not that bad as I drove it for 3 weeks before I took it to the shop. They ordered the wrong part, which was a headlight (⁵⁰⁄₅₀ shot either left or right), got it wrong, but they want to blame being late on weekends, backlogged work, dog ate my homework etc… They had 9 working days to get it done. Glad I did not have to rent a car for for 14 days or I would really be hot.
They called last Thursday and said it would be ready on Friday then said on Friday it would be ready on Monday now it’s going to be ready Tuesday morning.
Now I have to rent another car which means calling the insurance company reserving another car and taking the wife and three year old to go get the rental. The guy had the nerve to tell me that it was not a big deal, and would not cost much because insurance was paying ⁸⁰⁄₂₀. I guess it’s never a big deal when it’s not your money.
I have not seen the work they have done so I cannot comment on that, I hope to see it tomorrow? Or maybe Wednesday or Thursday?

I own a VW GTI and it got hit while it was parked. I wasn’t even in the car when it happened but thankfully the other driver came forward. In no time at all, Geico scheduled me with CC and repairs were started just a day or two after the incident. The Geico reps at CC (Ryan and Ariela) were very professional and kept me in the loop about every step of the process. I was even given (Per my request) a little left over paint to do touch ups on my car if needed since they had to paint my new bumper. I highly appreciate the speediness and professionalism of CC and Ryan and Ariela though I hope not to need them again. ;)

I recently had a fender bender and needed to find somewhere fast. Through Statefarm I was able to find thus place and the reviews were great. Scott worked on my claim and got my car done two days ahead of schedule!!! Even gave me advice on how to help with my tire and offered to help me get a temporary fix… it kept getting flat every two days. The car looked great and they even cleaned it out. I’m soo happy with the service I was provided. Thanks a lot Scott!

I was in a minor fender bender two weeks ago (on a Thursday) which caused a tiny bit of damage to my Ford Fusion’s front passenger headlight. I called my insurer, Geico, and they set me up with Classic Collision. I was set up with an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The best part about this location is that Geico, Classic Collision and Enterprise are all in the same building. I was immediately greeted by the Geico claims adjuster. He looked over my car, took pictures and had me set up with Enterprise in a matter of minutes. It took about 30 minutes total to deal with all three entities (Geico, Enterprise, then Classic Collision) and I was out the door and off to work in my rental. I got several followups (calls/​emails) throughout Tuesday and Wednesday and my car was ready for pickup on Thursday. The work was on point and perfect. You’d never be able to tell that I bumped someone on my front bumper. Thank you Classic Collision for making this virtually painless! :)

If I could give them even more stars I would! Very professional and timely people. I had a fender bender and needed some minor work done to my car, I had NO IDEA who to go with! I picked these guys because of their reviews and was not disappointed at all! I would highly recommend them to anyone as I think they do great work :)

I was side swiped in a hit and run 10 days ago when someone crossed over the double yellow line into my lane and took off my mirror and dented my door. I looked up body shops near my office online and decided to give Classic Collision a try because they were locally owned and a family business.
I worked with Jim, who was a really nice man and an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave me a quote in about 30 minutes 9 days ago. I wanted to get my mirror replaced but didn’t want to have to pay full price for a new mirror so he told me he’d look around and call me when he found one used. Literally 10 minutes after I left, he called me saying he’d found one and that I could get it put on first thing the next morning.
I went the next morning and had my mirror replaced. It only took about 30 minutes so I was able to make it to work on time. I set up an appointment to drop my car off the next Monday to have the dent removed and the door repainted.
I dropped my car off on Monday and had a rental car within 20 minutes from the on site Enterprise office. Jim said my car would be done by EOD Tuesday. When I called Tuesday afternoon, he told me I could pick it up at 5. I swung by at 5:45 and he was there waiting for me, with my door looking brand new. Originally in my estimate, Jim wasn’t going to replace the belt molding of my car because I didn’t want to pay extra and it didn’t look all that bad. However, he ended up replacing the molding without raising the price.
An especially nice touch I noticed was that my seats had been cleaned and my car had been vacuumed. It was nice to get back in a clean, fixed car and feel good about my situation again after the hit and run.
I also appreciated the way I was treated – they never tried to cheat me or hike my prices just because I was a young woman new to the city who didn’t know much about body work/​pricing. It seemed very reasonable, and they were very honest with me.
I would recommend Classic Collision to anyone needing body work.

I bought a brand new Volkswagen Jetta TDI and on the 3^rd day, while driving on I75, had a metal barrel fall off and hit my cat at 80MPH. It was not an enjoyable experience, that’s for sure! Classic Collision quoted my car the next day*this was on a Wednesday* and had my car repaired on Friday! My car looked brand new (again). They even informed me about a diminished value check I could get from the insurance company. This is a great body shop!

AWESOME!!! they treat me very well here fixed my hail damage, a scuff in my bumper and some bad body repair work that had been done before I bought the car… now it loooks brand new and they went above and beyond!!! tHANKS GUYS!!!
