Christopher Jimmerson, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jimmerson for four years. I first met him when I injured my knee and went to Wellstar’s Urgent Care facility in Kennesaw. His friendly and professional treatment over the several visits that it took to eliminate an infection made an uncomfortable situation tolerable.
When my primary care physician left the area, I discovered that Dr. Jimmerson had a practice at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. I look forward to my semi-​annual checkups because of his ability to actually listen to patients and to reflect on what they say.
Last year, I injured my ribs and shoulder in a fall while on vacation. The local hospital completely misdiagnosed the extent of the injury. On returning home, I immediately went to see Dr. Jimmerson, who discovered that I actually had three broken ribs! Under his care, the injury finally healed as best as could be expected.
BTW, his staff are as friendly and helpful as he is.
