Business Owner

Philip Lee Westee has practiced law since 1986. His career has been centered on litigation but his accomplishments have occurred in and out of the courtroom. A precise and gifted analyst, Mr. Westee’s clients can expect tireless and thorough review of all theory and procedure when they turn to him for legal advice. While much of his practice centers on personal injury matters, wrongful death suits, products liability, and professional medical malpractice, he also practices criminal law and provides representation in business disputes. His advocacy skills have influenced the law through several reported cases, including, Duncan v. Integon, 482 S.E.2d 325 (Ga. 1997).
