We offer the largest selection of dinky-di authentic Aussie meat pies in the USA. In fact, we introduced the Australian Meat Pie to America 15 years ago, way back in 1994. How’s that for the real deal? Not only that, but ours are the best you can find this side of Sydney. Each one is hand made — pastry, fillings, toppings — and baked right in our ovens in Marietta, Georgia.
Pick up a fresh one right out of the oven, or we’ll ship them to you anywhere in the United States. Come on in!
We now have Aussie Style Hamburgers as well as Fish & Chips and handmade Dim Sims. Our burgers are fresh made to our special recipe and you can get all the toppings you want, even a fried egg, grilled onions or pineapple.
All of our foods are made in the traditional Aussie style.

History
Established in 2001.
Mark Allen and Neville Steel go way back. All the way back to Boort, a small town in Victoria, Australia. Childhood mates later reunited while attending bakery school, they ran a café together in Bendigo, Victoria. Mark came to the U.S. in 1991, working in the corporate food industry, and introduced the Australian meat pie to America. Neville visited Mark in 1999, the two decided to become business partners once again, and open the Australian Bakery Café.
The Marietta Square shop, open since December 2001, draws locals as well as Aussie and New Zealand expatriates from all over the Southeast. Being the only authentic Aussie meat pie on the east coast, homesick Aussies arrange their travel so that they pass through Marietta. The Bakery also ships Australian Pies and other products nationwide, and supplies the Australian Embassy in Washington, D.C.
