This is the most unprofessional place ever. I attempted to make an appointment for my son and I could never get anyone on the phone. Finally when someone did return my call I was told that the specialist I was referred to is only available on Fridays and was booked up for three weeks. After explaining that it was an emergency and that my eight year old son had been in an accident and knocked his two front teeth out they quickly stated oh I have an opening this Friday at 7:30am. After waiting for 30 minutes after my appointment time I was told that the specialist was running late and that my appointment was canceled. When I asked when can my son see the doctor I was told don’t call we will call you.

JUST TERRIBLE!!! The front office staff are so rude and unhelpful over the phone and in person. The wait time was not bad that’s about the only good thing I can say about this place. I went in for a consultation and the doctor didn’t even look at my teeth or anything. He saw, y X-​rays and said oh we cant pull them here (even though they said the opposite over the phone) and referred me to someone else. He was very rude and not friendly at all. I DO NOT reccomend this place at all. Waste of time.

I’ve had an ongoing relationship with this office for about a year now, and can only speak well of their periodontal team. They are honest, friendly, and reliable. I’ve had one surgical procedure done so far, with another one scheduled, and it was a very positive experience despite the circumstances. I was given very thorough pre-​op and post-​op instructions, and someone from the office even called to check on my recovery afterwards.
I have seen some tifts between mothers of orthodontic patients and the front desk, but wouldn’t you be cranky too if you had to drive your braces-​wearing smartypants kid to the orthodontist all the time?
