Horrible. First appointment, my tenants took off work and the crew didn’t show up. Randy — the sales guy had not even scheduled it and then blamed me. He was very difficult to work with. 4 or 5 treatments and the roaches were just laughing at them. $ 400 down the drain. Went with Mayday Pest Control and they treated the whole house. Effective and less expensive.
