I have used this company since 2005 with no issues. However, today the owner’s true colors came out. She sent a different vehicle than what we ordered to our widows’ Valentine’s luncheon and to boot the heat didn’t work in the main cabin. The worst part was that she refused to take any ownership about the problems! Wilson, the driver, did a good job considering what he had to work with. He is a good driver. When I called the owner about the problems she offered an hour «free» and then accused me of trying to get something for free when I told her we didn’t need an hour extra and that a credit for part of the trip would be more appropriate. Way to treat an 11 year customer, Faith!

I called A Formal Image Limousine last month. I was taking my wife out for our 15th wedding anniversary. They were on time and the Cadillac Escalade was beautiful. We hit all the spots in Atlanta and ended up at the Waffle House. They were great and the rates were fair. I will use them again.
