IMT Pinebrook Pointe

Great place to live!!! We moved to Pinebrook Pointe in December 2010. From day one they were great. They worked with us on the move in costs. All we had to put down was first months rent. They waived the pet deposit too. We knew the original management from the previous apartment complex we lived in. This is why we chose Pinebrook Point, was because of the management and the people that worked in the office. We knew how good they were. In the past year and a half theres been a change in management. They are still just as nice.
They are constantly improving the facilities and the grounds. All the buildings just got repainted, the asphalt just got redone. They improved the pool areas and redid the gym. They are always doing the landscaping and they just fixed the front gates.
We have a ground floor one bedroom apartment with a golf course view. It’s a very good size apartment with a full washer and dryer inside the apartment. The maintenance people are very good at responding to house calls. They always work fast and efficient and have no problem replacing appliances if need be.
We plan on staying here in Pinebrook Pointe for a few more years until we buy a place. Until then this is where we call home sweet home.
