Firstly they did come promptly. That’s good.
Service call of $ 29 was fine… if they were good.
The bill of $ 45 for repair… yet they couldn’t rekey t the bottom lock… they said its old and fragile. So they rekeyed the top dead bolt (which was fine) but the charge was $ 125. With two keys for that lock included for $ 125.
They had no additional duplicate key making ability.
What we really needed was a new total top and bottom. Something they wouldn’t do.
And now it’s not completely easy to open the top lock. But it does work, and that’s good.
Maybe the people (two ultimately needed to do what they did) would have an explanation
Maybe they are good for emergencies.
Two hours later the top part of the lock was rekeyed. And the total cost was $ 200.
