The gentlemen who work here are knowledgeable and very considerate. The prices and stock are very nice and if they don’t have what you’re looking for they are very willing to order it for you. I have bought a lot of firearms from here and have never had a problem. I highly recommend this business to anyone whether you’re an experienced gun owner or a first time buyer.

I stopped by to see if they could assist me with purchasing a silencer. However they do not have the licensing to offer this service. So, while I was there I saw that the owner, who never even said hi to me upon entering after I greeted all present, was weighing out .22 LR bullets from a giant bulk bucket and creating individual packs from. I ask the lady sitting next to him behind the counter if the bulk buckets were for sale, and she responded that because the ammunition is currently very limited that no one would be able to buy the entire bucket and that the individual bags being created was to ensure the community would have a fair chance to purchase some this way. I was impressed. So I ask the owner when the bags would go on the shelf for sale. I am a community member, a customer, and wanted to know when I could stop by and have a fair chance of getting some .22’s. The owner looks at me, knowing that I want to buy them, looks at me as if I was one of last people he would ever want to sell something to, smirks and in the most rude manner possible says, «when they go on the shelf.» This man has no idea what customer service is, and doesn’t care about you if he doesn’t like you or if you aren’t in his little circle of buddies. He’s a good old boy that picks favorites and isn’t out to win customer satisfaction surveys. He is the most unprofessional gun store owners I have ever encountered. It’s his shop, he does what he wants, serves who he wants, discriminates people, and is a lousy business man. He steps over a five to pick up a one. Mature and wise owners pick up both and serve all. He is a grumpy immature pos. I will never spend another penny in that place. I’m going to Target Master, or X Ring Supply in the future. This shop is garbage.
