My family have been in the business for years. I have seen and learned how to treat and listen to customers so this is nothing new. So when opportunity knocked and I opened. i want to make this an enjoyable experience for the customers. Cleanliness is what i heard from all the clients and all our tools is sterilizes and in sterilizes pouches, our gel light is LED since our client worry about UV damage the skin. They were rude to another customer while I was in there and didn’t seem care that the massage was painful! I heard there is a new owner now so hopefully the place has changed…

Probably the worst pedicure I have ever recieved. Please don’t waste your time or money there. I went on a Sunday since it was the only place open, and I regret it. I should have waited!!! The pedicure I recieved was not even everything that was listed on the «menu» for the basic pedi. Overall, I would say she spent 15 minutes on the pedicure. I left the average 20% tip regardless of this (knowing I would just never return), and she had the nerve to act insulted at the $ 5.00 tip on $ 25.00. Yikes…

Patti is a wotld class massage therapist. I have had massages at upscale hotels and spas all over the US and overseas and she is truly special.
My wife tells me the manicures and pedicures are outstanding.
And Mai Lee is a beautiful soul!

I visit Marco Island every year, and Mai Lee’s is always my main go-​to spot for nails. Year after year they continue to do a wonderful job! I’m a huge shellac fan, and all the technicians do an amazing job. Their pedicures are also amazing too– with brand new chairs to help you relax. I haven’t tried their other spa services but I’m sure they’re great. Help support a small business, and get an amazing deal for your money too!

I would definitely return to Mai Lee’s for a massage (Carol, I think?)! Also, the manicure was decent and the staff is friendly! Great if you need a little TLC, but don’t want to blow all your vacation funds at the big hotel spas.

I’m giving them five stars because they deserve every bit! I was able to get in for a massage last minute and they added 15 mins and only charged me $ 5 extra. They wanted to make sure I felt good when leaving. And considering I had a huge knot when I came in, I felt a lot better leaving. If you are looking for a reasonable good massage then this is the place to go!!!

I went in to get a hot stone pedi and a reflexology treatment. The reflexology treatment was good, but she only gave me a 24 min massage instead of the 30 mins I paid for. Shorting your clients time on a massage is absolutely unacceptable. The salon is small and crowded and hectic, the employees and owner seem to have no idea how to run a business. When I confronted the owner and massage therapist about my massage being shortened by 6 minutes the lady gave me a 5 dollar bill. A 30 min reflexology treatment costs 45 dollars there, so my refund should have been Atleast 9 dollars. There were several other things that I found irritating but I don’t want to spend any more of my time dealing with this business. I was very disappointed.

Worst Mani-​pedi ever. Very rude owner and shoddy work. Nails left ragged and uneven and no one seemed to care. Four of us left shaking our heads at the shocking attitude & customer service exhibited by Mai Lee herself. Stay far away if you expect value for your money.

Best bikini wax ever! She is so good and so fast… doesn’t even hurt! I didn’t have time to get waxed before I came to Marco, so I found this place on Unilocal and I am so happy! Very reasonable prices and such nice people. I’m going back tomorrow for a mani/pedi…so happy I finally found a good esthetician on Marco!

Based on the other reviews, I thought this would be good spot for a quick manicure – nothing fancy. I guess I got what I paid for: a $ 15 manicure that lasted, oh, about 3 days.

This place was fantastic! My family and I were vacationing in Marco Island and found this gem across the street from our resort. Mailee and her associate Peter were so great that they had already left for the day and I called the number on Unilocal and mailee came back to the salon to give my mother and I the best pedicures and manicures I have ever had! It smelled great, was so clean and had the most relaxing music and very reasonably priced. Well worth every penny! Thank you Mailee and Peter!
