P&P Uniforms

I work for a police department in San Bernardino. When Galls closed a good portion of us were trying to find another uniform shop. Yolanda ended up here at P&P and a bunch of us go here mainly for her. The store has a good selection, but Yolanda is the reason most of us drive a little further to use this store over a local one. Yolo is amazing and has made things happen fast that would normally take forever. You have an amazing employee. Customer service is everything & she gets it. Thx for all you do for us Yolanda. It is noticed and very appreciated.

I went in today with a checklist of everything I needed for my job. As I entered the store, I was greeted by Morgan. I told her what I needed and she directed me to the back of the store.
There is were I met Yolo. I informed her of what I was looking for. She went into a folder and pulled out a copy of the checklist that I had brought in with me (there was no need for my copy, she is on her game). She started telling me from the checklist what I was gonna be able to buy at the store and where I can buy the other items that were not carried there.
She quickly got me some uniforms to try on. While I was in dressing room, she started filling my basket with everything that was in my list that they carried. By the time I came out of the dressing room she was ready for me with the basket.
She then proceeded to show me the shoes. She showed me a few and gave me the pros and cons for me to make a decision. Once I decided on the shoes, she got my pants fitted for the proper height with the shoes, at no extra cost.
After the fitting of the pants I was ready to go with everything I needed. She took all of my stuff to the cashier and I was ready to pay. I was seriously in and out of there in about 30 – 45 min.
Great Place, Yolo is very helpful and so informed on everything that I needed!!!

Yolo saved me! She knows pretty much every departments requirements. I brought in a pair of 5.11 pants, she told me why they weren’t approved and showed me the correct pair to use! Can’t say enough good things, this will be my go-​to for all of my uniforms.

This uniform store is legit but if there is an item you must have, you need to ask for Yolanda aka «YOLO». I ordered some United Uniform uniform shirts back in December. I spoke with United and they told me they had my size in stock but since I wasn’t a retailer they wouldn’t sell to me directly. I went to P and P and they said could get them in a week. Some other sales person from P and P handled my order and 3 months later my shirts were still not in. When I called to ask about the order someone said that United was out of my shirts but they found me a comparable shirt. Couldn’t believe they couldn’t get my shirts so I went with their recommendation because I needed shirts ASAP. Other style shirt came in and was totally out of GO for my agency. Luckily YOLO was working with our training guy on our department patch switch and I vented to her. She called her connect at United and 3 days later I got my United shirt! YOLO has been in the uniform game for many years working at that other Riverside store and definitely has her ish together! She is the best add on to the P and P staff and they got a gem here. If you want and need it done right the first time, go see YOLO.

I would recommend this uniform store over the others. It’s a little out of my way but well worth the trip because of the customer service and it’s always fully stocked. All the staff is courteous and make sure to answer any questions you may have. Yolo (Yolanda) is great and goes above and beyond to offer great customer service. I rank P&P number 1 over the other local places.

Great prices, had what we were looking for and then some! Staff was very helpful and friendly. We will certainly be back.

Let me start off by saying that P&P Uniforms is the only place I shop, and recommend, for gear and uniforms. They are by far the best cop shop in town!
I had a minor hiccup with a uniform shirt and I was impressed with how they took care of me today. I showed up about 30 minutes before opening and an arriving employee, Yolanda (aka: «Yolo»), came up to me and offered to expedite my order. Took my uniform patches and she returned within minutes with my completed order. Couldn’t believe she delivered my order to my car and she apologized for any inconvenience.
That is the level of excellent service you can expect from P&P.

I actually didn’t find what I needed here but the customer service was so fantastic that I needed to write a review. Great job, staff is patient and helpful and they are very educated on what they have in the store.

I have been here a few times in the pat couple of months. Yolo and Terrence are very knowledgable and help everyone they come in contact with. The inventory is better than any other uniform store in the IE. The turnaround time is also faster than any other store. I would recommend going to P&P and asking for Terrence or Yolo. They are very helpful.

I choose to go out of my way to P&P primarily because of the service. All staff is helpful and cordial. Yolo (Yolanda) is second to none in customer care and getting things taken care of. Stock is usually good. Orders have arrived fairly quick.

So my company and I needed some uniforms for an upcoming youth police competition. Due to the fact we have won the competition the last three years, the uniforms needed to be flawless. Word on the street was that March Air Force Base has an excellent uniform shop and a wizard of a tailor.
I sent my troops down to scout the situation. We met up with a tall drink of water named Victor. Victor took our order, provided a fantastic quote and the service was second to none. He kept us informed and genuinely cared about our order. We were very much impressed.
Our order came in. We won again. And we owe it all to Victor and the crew at P&P Uniforms.

I came here about a month ago and had a rough experience. I was welcomed back by Kassandra W., who recommended that I come back with my uniforms. I decided to give this place another shot so I took the uniforms, that I wasn’t satisfied with before, in. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Morgan. She really helped me out with what I actually wanted, as far as my uniforms goes. She was very accommodating as to what I wanted done! While I was walking out, I was greeted by YOLO. She was super friendly! We got things cleared up from our last encounter and there were, definitely, some misunderstanding from before. She really made me feel welcomed this time around and now I really know why a lot of people like her.
I was given a time and date as to when I should pick up my uniforms, but when the time came it wasn’t done. I came to pick them up 45 mins after the time that I was given and they were not done. I had to leave to Arizona then, therefore I had to leave so my cousin had to pick them up later during the week and had to ship them to me. It was a little hassle but at least they were done!
When I received my uniform, it was PERFECT!!! It was just they way that I wanted them to be! I couldn’t ask for any better QUALITY WORKED and couldn’t ask for a PERFECT SERVICE, this time around!
I really would like to give a big «THANK YOU» to Kassandra W. for recommending me to come in again. Huge thanks to Morgan for helping me and understanding what I wanted done. Thanks to YOLO for making me feel welcomed! These ladies really made an impact and now I WANT TO COME BACK!

Very Pleased with my P & P Uniforms experience. I walked in and was greeted by Yolanda (YOLO) and was treated very good. My first visit I bought just my uniforms and was so happy with her service that I went back for all my gear and accessories. My second trip was just as great as the first… Yolanda is very helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I would highly recommend P & P Uniforms based on the way I was treated. Thank you Yolanda for all your help in getting me set up.

Dropped 4 shirts off for new patches at 11am… got a call at 12pm saying they were ready for pickup… way faster than other places I’ve gone… and nicer staff too!

Went to Galls to look at uniforms and other equipment. Inventory was poor and there wasn’t much of a selection. They also didn’t carry the uniforms I needed. I was told I had to order them online. I selected a few things and waited in line for approximately 30 minutes while two people ahead of me checked out (one employee on register). Costumer service was horrible. Only one employee asked if we needed help.
My partners decided to check out PandP Uniforms since they sold the uniforms we needed. We had never been to PandP Uniforms before. As soon as we walked into the business we were greeted by several employees. I noticed Yolo who used to work for Galls for years and was one of the only gals who always provided top notch service. Yolo approached me and asked if I needed help. Yolo gave us a tour of the facility and showed us what the staff did behind the scenes. Yolo, Matt and all staff at PandP Uniforms were very helpful. The inventory of uniforms and equipment was twice or three times larger than Galls. I will never go back to Galls…

P&P Uniforms… is not just for uniforms! I’m always please with my alternation needs– from my dresses, skirts, jumpsuit, pants etc! The Great Oune is such an awesome seamstress and the staff always on point with 100% customer service!

I choose to go to P&P because of the customer service. I love this place, the people in the back with the uniforms and the tailoring are great, they are always kind and they remember my name.
Yolanda is excellent at what she does, she is one of the main reasons I go to P&P. P&P should be grateful they acquired her expertise from her previous employer. Yolanda is an excellent addition to the team.

All the employees at P&P are extremely friendly and very helpful. I have been there a few times already in the past 3 weeks getting items for the EMT Academy and either Victor or Preston have been great in assisting me each time. I highly recommend this place.

My daughter and I have shopped at Galls and P & P. My daughter prefers to go to P & P because Yolanda is amazing. We have always had great customer service from her. Let me say this… you get what you give. We are courteous and patient, and this means we always get great customer service wherever we go. Remember that fitting uniforms takes time, and give yourself enough time, so you aren’t frustrated. Galls lost a true gift when Yolanda left, but that was P & P’s gain. :)
