Steve, the owner of Marblehead Appliance, fixed my dishwasher last night. They fit me in quickly, showed up on time, didn’t charge me a bunch of unnecessary fees. Not only was their service exceptional, but they bantered with my daughter as she talked to them about her barbies. Such great guys! I will never use anyone else!

Steve at Marblehead Appliance is well versed and experienced on high end appliances. I’ve had issues with my Thermador wall oven after 15 years of use. My first call was to what I thought was a Thermador approved tech but all they wanted to do was replace the main panel which they ended up ordering me the wrong one. I gave up on their ineptness and called Marblehead Appliance. Steve knew immediately what the issue was and searched high and low for the replacement part which turned out not to be made by Thermador anymore. I wish I had called Steve first as to not have wasted a lot of time and money on the other company. On the same visit I had Steve look at my Thermador cook top. (BTW Marblehead Appliance does not charge you double if look at 2 appliances on one visit!) One of the burners due to a spill wasn’t working anymore. Steve told me exactly what the issue was and that he would see if he could get the all important bolts out that hold the cooktop in place which would determine if he could repair it. The previous technician told me he couldn’t get the bolts out and that I would have to probably replace the whole cooktop or spend a ton of money letting him repair it. Steve confirmed he could do the repair and ordered the right part and within a couple days the cooktop was back fully functioning.
It’s always satisfying to work with an honest person that really cares about the customer. I had no problem spending the money for Steve’s knowledge and advice. I did have to get a new oven but with all the cooking we do at my house it’s a great investment!
I will always call Marblehead Appliance for any future issues in my kitchen.

I called Marblehead Appliance this morning because my fridge & freezer stopped fridging or freezing. Within hours Steve was at my house, on time and on the case!
It turns out the previous owners had left the fridge’s inner workings clogged up with corn and cat hair which caused water to pool & freeze and the fan to break. Steve had everything he needed in his van, including a replacement fan so he was able to do the repair on the spot, thus cutting down on his time and my bill.
He also explained everything to me carefully and showed me how to do maintenance on my fridge to avoid future trouble.

Within 3 hours of making a call he had done a diagnosis, made the repair, cleaned up the work area and was on his way. Houshold mishaps always happen at the worst of times and I’m glad I will have Steve’s number to get me out of a pinch next time.
