Numinous Coffee Roasters

I’ve been visiting Marble Falls since 2012 and was SO excited to see this new coffee place in town. I ordered an egg & cheese english muffin and a drip coffee and was very pleased with both! The house is cozy with a good amount of space, and the service was friendly and accommodating. They told us even if the drinks we wanted weren’t on the menu, they’d still try to make it anyway. I like the Starbucks in town too, but I must say Numinous is a WAY better coffee shop alternative just based on the space and chiller atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting again every time I’m back in town!

The coffee makes Starbucks taste like a watered down half rate competitor. All of the coffee is roasted in house where everyone can watch and be educated on the process of you so desire. It has a laid back homey feeling from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. Alex and his staff take the time to get to know your name and I can’t stress enough how nice it is to walk into the shop and have everyone on staff to say hello using my name. I would recommend this to everyone!

I found Numinous because of Unilocal and boy am I glad I did. I have been very disappointed in the coffee shops that I have visited since moving to the Austin area. They have the right equipment, but can’t make a decent espresso or cappuccino. I have FINALLY found a great coffee shop and will make a point to visit it whenever I am in Marble Falls.
But there are other bonuses as well. If their scones are anything to go by, then their pastries should be incredible as well.

Nice atmosphere most of the time. On Saturday mornings they have a pre-​school parents group meeting/​activity. Don’t sit on the playroom side of the building unless you want lots of kids singing dancing and running around you
Scones and English muffins are baked on site, very good. Long menu of coffee and tea drinks but all I want is plain, black tea!

Friendly People servin up a a perfect balanced cup of Coffee. They wanted the Atmosphere to feel like home, but the staff is what really makes it feel like your at a friends houses. Also if you get there at the right time, you can also see them Roast there own beans.

My favorite coffee shop! Great scones, awesome coffee, and a perfect staff. Go check them out! Make sure you bring some scones for your coworkers !

Great, local coffee shop. Friendly staff and clean establishment. I was amazed by the gluten free cookie. I wish all gluten free sweets tasted so yummy! I’ll have find thoughts of that cookie for sometime. My husband got a jalapeño cheddar scone. He had rave reviews of the snack. The coffee was nice and strong. I’ll be back and recommend to others. Kudos, numinous!

So… it’s my birthday today, and I can’t think of a better way to start than a fresh cup of top-​tier, locally roasted, high-​grade black coffee. Numinous practically turns it up to 11 (ok, ⁵⁄₅) on Unilocal,so off we go. I mosey in, and the available drip is dark roast. I’m a lighter roast guy… I like to taste the bean, not the burn, so I ask if there are other options. As if on cue, Numinous offers to brew up their Costa Rica, a gentler roast, on the spot. And it is wonderful. Was it truly numinous? Coupling the service and the coffee, I’d say it was certainly inspiring beyond the reach of 98% of coffee shops I’ve visited (which is a very large number).

Numinous coffee roasters is must visit if you’re even remotely close to Marble Falls TX. Unassuming yet ambitious this coffee house takes the shape of and old house converted to a business. It works! Ambiance is relaxing and extremely welcoming.
The coffee. OMG, the coffee. I had a Cortado, and I had to fight myself not to get another. Coffee perfection, met with a smile and nice conversation. I also tried the vanilla latte, it was an instant hit as well.
The ginger scone is a must try if you’re in the mood for a snack. It’s straight up fantastic.
Any time that find myself anywhere near this place again I’ll be going out of my way to make a return visit for sure!

One word Amazing!!! All baked goods are made from scratch, the coffee is amazing, staff is like no other. When you walk in you feel like your at home and if you need to get work done you can find a quiet spot to focus. Did I mention they are kid friendly and have an amazing station set up with great puzzles and many books to keep the little ones entertained and to top it off organic juice options. There is also outside seating so if you want to meet up with friends and enjoy nice weathtr outside you can go out and take your time and enjoy the moment:)

Amazing! The ONLY place to get coffee in MF if youre looking for a quality cup. Amazing atmosphere, Friendly Staff and Family owned!

Great place to stop for a lunch break! Had a fresh roasted coffee with the homemade focaccia with olives, spinach tomatoes and cheese. The smell when they are roasting is wonderful! Fast internet too!

Some of the best latte and scones I’ve ever had… and the people are friendly. Love this place.

We love this place! Support local businesses! The roaster is in the shop and awesome! We love the staff, the place is always packed but there’s never a line. Why sit 15 mins in line at Starbucks when you can be in and out in minutes at numinous with a much better coffee? Get a jalapeño and cheese scone!

This is the epitome of a true coffee shop. The folks here are very friendly, engaging, and helpful. The coffee here is very artisan as they roast their own beans (medium) and use only quality ingredients. In addition, they bake several goods on site and fresh (the sourdough bagels are the bomb).
If you go there on the weekend, Kathy will take really good care of you. This is a must stop for any coffee enthusiast. Starbucks who???

Everyone at my office LOVED LOVED LOVED the coffee! I purchased a couple freshly roasted coffee beans (organic Nicaraguan) to share & NUMINOUS COFFEE will now be a staple @ our office.
These folks are friendly & professional and KNOW coffee. I have visited this coffee house several times now since they opened and I’ve learned something about coffee each visit.
Numinous also offers house-​baked savory and sweet delectables … to mention some highlights: scones, bagels, an English breakfast sandwich (w/​egg, Canadian bacon, & cheddar cheese) that they serve warm, house-​made granola & yogurt, cookies, and fresh & tasty salads and sandwiches… these are all prepared & baked daily so when they run out, you’ll just have to wait another day.
For breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, or a place to do some work or to have a meeting for 2 or 2 dozen … this coffee house is spacious yet cozy.
Numiminous fosters community. There’s an area with kid tables and books.
The team at Numinous are open to feedback and are motivated to consider suggestions and to make accommodations for their patrons.

Horray! My search is over. I finally found a legit coffee shop in Marble Falls.
Alex brews an awesome cup of joe! Everyone is helpful and friendly. Lots of seating. WiFi is ripping fast.
Numinous Roasters is the clear choice over Starbucks and other local wannabe coffee shops.

Authentic coffee house! What?! True story. Organic hand made treats& syrup flavors, freshly roasted beans in house and very friendly owner. I’m SO impressed & blissful :-)

The house-​made pastries looked amazing! I ended up ordering a egg/​ham/​cheese English muffing (house-​made wow!). It was fast, pipping hot & delicious!
Now the coffee: OMG! These guys know what they are doing! So professional & knowledgeable. I usually order a cappuccino, but they suggested I try and «cortado» which is my new favorite!
I can’t wait to come back and try more specials, like pumpkin spice lattes & fresh baked focaccia flatbreads, yummy!
