I have yet to leave a bad review on Unilocal but I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later. This is the most unorganized chili’s I’ve ever seen. We waited 45 minutes for a table of 2 just to seated with empty dirty tables galore. Whoever is making the schedule or the night manager need to be fired or retrained. Our server Dj(or jd) was awesome and took great care of us and our food was great. If they were more organized up front we would come back more often than our last resort ever couple months. 3 restaurants have closed in our community this last month. Time to step your game up its going to get busier.

I’ve had worse. But also much better. Server who was here before and did such s great job is gone. Bloody Mary was not good., food was dull. Service was indifferent at best. No real effort on the staff’s part to be either welcoming or attentive.

I really was hoping for better. This place has so much potential with an amazing view, but the handful of times I’ve been there the service was awful. Mostly high school kids would really couldn’t care less about being there. The food is so-so. Actually somehow worse than other Chilli’s.I would maybe just go for drinks for the view.

YES it’s a Chili’s but DAMN they can do better. It doesn’t take a genius, or particularly good management to make sure that your waitresses actually return to check a drink, or you know… take your money. Dirty tables, weird waiters that are not serving you that feel the need to jump into your conversation, non-existant management, cold food, wrong food, wrong drink, waitress spent tons of time playing with the soda guns instead of dealing with her only table(could be wrong on that, she could have been ignoring the other three tables in the restaurant at the time of course). They need like… some kind of corporate intervention or maybe just a manager with a quarter of a brain stem.

It’s a Chili’s: no surprises with regards to the quality of the food prep or table sevice(poor to fair). However, you have to give this place high marks for venue: it’s an unbelievable location overlooking the water. If you get a table overlooking the lake in the evening or on a nice cool day, you won’t be dissapointed.

We came and enjoyed a few drinks over looking the water. The strawberry margaritas were awesome. However, for chilies to get a 4 – 5 star you need to have a happy hour available elsewhere throughout the restaurant not just at the bar sitting next to stinky Stan chain smoking death sticks. Friendly staff and great view made for a good time at chilis.

This is the worst Chilis I’ve ever been to. I will not return to this location for any reason. To many things to complain about that I don’t even want to waste my time. I try to be sparingly on the 1star reviews, otherwise that is what they deserve!

Hosts are not friendly. When seated at a table, some of the waitstaff are friendly. Food is ok. No baked potato on the menu!

I’ve been to a lot of Chili’s, but this one was great for a couple of reasons: 1) The food was done better here than elsewhere: I had the chipotle chicken tenders with corn and rice. They used just the right amount of sauce and seasoning, and it tasted excellent, even in comparison to other Chili’s. 2) We had an excellent and scenic view of the lake. It was a climate controlled patio, so you get the outdoors view without the outdoors weather. The waitress was also very friendly and attentive, and when I asked her questions about the menu, her descriptions were very detailed and accurate, a good trait in my opinion.

You can’t get this kind of patio view at any other chilis I guarantee it! Since Marble Falls is my home town I do know that this location did just make a lot of new changes such as new employees, new management, changes to the dining area, etc. For a while, yes, it took a while to get seated and get our food but come on! If you see only a few servers hustling in a packed house because they are short staffed just chill out and give them the benefit of the doubt. I can assure you that I have just recently been back and it is no longer like that. They have, from what I can see, a lot of new faces and they do a very good job to get your orders taken and food out very quickly. They do have a lot of great appetizers and you can’t go wrong with any kind of margarita or a 16 oz cold mug of your favorite beer. Chilis is chilis! It’s a great place for happy hour after a long day of work.

We stopped here. The food was not that good. But, the service was excellent. This was my 1st time eat at a Chili’s on the water. That was a plus. The service was good. The food needs more seasoning. I can deal with it. I would go back.

Wouldn’t stop here if you paid me. Service was horrible and the food was even worse. Manager seemed as if he didn’t care that we had horrible service. Ironically the only person who cared was the waiter. Please don’t waste your money on this horrible place. Your better off going to a fast food restaurant, because the food gets there faster and tastes better.

5 starts for the amazing view of the lake! Our server was very, very good-noting some of the other comments… not sure why so variable. Anyway, Chili’s menu is what it is. The drinks are ok but the ambiance on the patio is superb! I always get the garden burger and fries-can’t go wrong :~) They now have a table side kiosk which makes check out super easy and fast. Nice and techy.

It’s Chili’s. We stopped in for a snack because missed breakfast and lunch and simply couldn’t wait for dinner. Took forever to be seated — there just wasn’t anyone around! Service was slow but the food was decent — although typical Chili’s. My husband says they have the BESTCHICKENTENDERS he has ever eaten… so we go for the chicken tenders.(He LOVES them!) For me — it’s good. I can eat almost anywhere and if it isn’t burnt or soggy, I’m cool! :) Marble Falls — nice lakeside views. Nothing special but nothing terrible either.

i’d give 5 stars to the bar but zero to the restaurant. first bad sign – the server, after several minutes and looking extremely put out, approaches out table and says rudely, «have you been helped?» WE’REINYOURSECTION! If you haven’t helped us, then NO!!! comes back with our water, slams it down and leaves, ignoring me when i try to request appetizers. Assisted the tables around us multiple times, but never bothered to ask if we needed anything. would give a name of this horrible server, but she never saw her for more than a few nanoseconds. walked out!

Seated at 230pm. Noted enterior remodeled very bland and boring. Four top. At 330 food arrived. Thats right one hour later. 15 – 18 minute is acceptable. Wait staff seemed lost. She loaded us up on soft drinks to buy time. Best part of visit was the food. It was good. Just too long of a wait. Again service was poor. At least this time they did notrun out of food because someone forgot to oder supplies.

Passable food but horrible service. Ordered bottomless chips and salsa. Those and our drinks sat empty for a long time while waiting for our food. When our food did arrive one plate was missing. It did not appear for another 20 minutes. I had to ask for a manager twice. When he finally appeared he provided a very practiced but insincere apology and offered to «pay for«the late meal(like it was coming out of his pocket»). Overall took 2 hours-and we weren’t there for a leisurely dinner.

Wish I had read the Unilocal reviews before visiting this god awful place. I would give it 0 stars if i could. My husband and i were visiting MF over the weekend, yesterday we were by the water and started to get hungry and we were like oh look, Chili’s is right here and has a great view. So we get there and the hostess was nice, sat us outside and sent our HORRIBLE server Cassy over. This woman was the worst! She took our drink orders and left, brought them back then walked away, didnt ask if we were ready to order, which we were. 10 mins later she came back and said«ready» took our order and just walked away. She never smiled or asked us questions. She returned with our food and all but slammed our plates on the table, and again she just walked away… didn’t ask if there was anything else she could do or anything. My husband’s carnita tacos were cold and missing the sauce, my Chicken Quesadilla gave me the worst case of FOODPOISIONING I’ve ever had in my life. I’m lying here in bed as i write this review sick as a dog from being sick since 6pm Sunday evening. This place has a beautiful view but a horrible staff. She never said thanks as we left… nothing. If I’m not better in the next 24 hours I will be suing this disgusting place. I had to miss work today and by the way I’m feeling today, i doubt if I’ll be able to go to work tomorrow. Bottom line: Stay far away from this place, it has a 2 star rating for a reason.

Just left the Chili’s in Marble Falls, what a horrible experience! We should have listened to all the Unilocal and urban spoon reviews to avoid this place! Every table around us was dirty and the floor was filthy. After waiting half an hour for our food, we flagged down the manager, Barbara. She greeted us with a «what’s up?»…are you serious? That’s how you address paying customers?! We told her we wanted to know how much longer our food would be, so she went to supposedly check. She never came back… luckily our waiter finally brought our mediocre food. The kitchen here obviously has issues, the manager is a joke, no one is bussing tables and the poor waiters are probably the ones who get all the blame. I don’t expect much from a chain like Chili’s, but after today, I’ll never eat at another one.
