Aufmuth Motors

These guys are thieves! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE… I purchased a vehicle from them 3 months ago, used my Armada as trade in and my bank says they are refusing to pay off my trade in. They still have my vehicle on their lot up for sale. And I have 2 banks asking for payment.

Don’t go to these guys. I purchased a vehicle from them two days after I bought it the fuel pump went out, they refused to fix it or rufund my money saying its not their problem. When I began to cry they threatened to have me removed from the premise by the police. They’re unprofessional, do not care about their customers. Only out to get their money. Please if your looking to buy a vehicle look some place else.

I recently bought a car from Aufmuth Motors. I was very pleasantly greeted from Greg Muzi, a sales person. He was knowledgeable and polite. I never felt as though he was trying to push me into a sale. Additionally, I felt he had a great idea of what kind of options and look I was interested in. Aufmuth had a great selection of quality vehicles throughout their lot. I would certainly return to Aufmuth Motors and look forward to working with their salesman Greg Muzi, a true professional.

As soon as we got there a sales lady started asking us questions, I told her the type of car we were looking for, she said we should go inside and run my credit to see what kind of loan I could get. My husband told her that she hadn’t even showed us the car we wanted and she already wanted to run my credit? She showed us some models of the car we wanted that were far too expensive for used cars, she said they where in great condition, which was an absolute lie, the car couldn’t be in worse condition! We thanked her and started walking to our car when she called her manager (here is where the harassing begun). He approached us as we where getting into our car, out of courtesy we listened to him, he started going on about having other cars available and that he could run my credit, bla, bla, bla. We said we weren’t interested in other cars and got into our car to leave as we were backing our car and driving off the lot he followed us!!! Yes, this man followed us!!! He walked besides our moving car and kept talking, really? It wasn’t like we didn’t tell them we where leaving or anything, he just wanted me to come inside to run my credit! I felt bad for the initial sales lady who was obviously embarrassed at his behavior. I ended up getting a better car with lower miles and a much lower price somewhere else.

Not only did my husband and i have a moderately insulting experience here, but i now have reason to believe the posts below which rate aufmuth highly are made by employees. possibly the same employee given how close together the updated review and the second review are. Also one of the below reviewers emailed my husband with ctc info for the sales manager as if he works there.
Its one thing to be a crumby business, its another thing entirely to try to manipulate the public perception this way.
