Sign in the window says they’re going out of business. I was there today, and there were at least two tables of 75% off merchandise. They were selling the tables, too. Lots of jewelry, rings, knick-knacks, some gorgeous plaid hors d’oeuvres plates(but each one had an initial in the middle, and none of them were mine). Lots of infant and baby clothing, some women’s clothing. Tablecloths, napkin holders, other kitchen trinkets. Many, many things to review. It was difficult to tell if all the pricing was already marked down or if it would be marked down at the register. But they’re not on Sutton. The address is: 7328 Manchester Road, Maplewood.

Great place to buy those hostess gifts this holiday season. Not everything is monogrammed and you can seriously find something for everyone. They have gifts for the young city girl, things a grandmother would enjoy and everyone in between. I entered the store at the same time as a lady close to my age and we both went about our shopping. The young lady working asked the woman if see needed help and assisted her. As the sales girl was going to the stockroom, she stopped and asked me if I was with the lady. When I responded, «No.», she immediately apologized for not asking me earlier if I needed help. She said they were not use to men coming in the store. I grinned and said, «Men shop, too». I found a couple of holiday gifts and a birthday gift as well. I mailed the birthday gift on Friday and got a call this morning from the recipient raving how much they loved it. Like Aimee, I may not shop here often, but now that I now what they have I will be back for those special little gifts. Who knows, I may just get something monogrammed next time.

I’m not much of a monogram fan myself but I happen to live with a total monogram freak. My roommate Jenny will buy literally anything with her initials on it so after lunching at Home Wine Kitchen we decided to walk over and see what this cute little shop was all about! I’m glad we did and while I probably won’t go back often, I do recommend you check it out. Most noticeable is all of the Christmas stuff they have! There are some REALLY cute bowls and plates that I could see myself using or giving as gifts, as well as a bunch of napkins, coasters, wine glasses, and things like that. Some of it is way too crafty looking for my taste, but there’s a decent mix. What I’ll be raving about the most when it comes to Tiger Lily is the amazing(and ridiculously adorable) selection of baby clothes! You know those sweet blue little overalls that little boys wear? They’ve got the cutest ones. How about a onesie for a little girl that looks like a present wrapped in a bow? Aww. C’mon, you can’t deny how cute that is. Prices were reasonable for a boutique and I can definitely see myself giving some of those baby clothes as gifts. It almost makes me want to have one! …in five years or later, of course. Swing by and see if they have anything that catches your eye. It’s a sweet, locally owned spot and the owner will help you with whatever she can.

Super cute shop in the heart of Maplewood! I was actually here for a freelance assignment, and not to buy anything in particular. But after browsing the store, I can definitely say I would come here in the future for gifts! There’s a little bit of everything here. Hand painted bowls and glasses, cute kids clothes, perfume, purses, accessories… the list goes on! Prices were reasonable, as well. Service was attentive and friendly. I’m a fan!

I LOVE Tiger Lily in Maplewood. At first glance, the store is adorable. It’s located in downtown Maplewood on the Manchester strip, which is a huge draw for me in the first place — the location is both convenient and trendy. Every time I go, I’m always immediately and warmly greeted by the ladies working, all of whom seem very knowledgeable, sweet, and ready to help. Every time I have a question, they are more than happy to assist. The store itself is full of fun goodies, jewelry, personalized gifts, and other neat things. If you’re looking for a gift that truly means something, you’ll find it here. Everything is of great quality, and a lot of it is made by local crafters(like Little White Dog Studio). I can’t wait to go back to find something to take to my sister’s forthcoming baby shower! Do yourself a favor and stop by Tiger Lily the next time you’re in Maplewood. It’s a really great little boutique located in a really great little part of St. Louis, and I guarantee you’ll find something worth giving.

If you have an even remotely Martha Stewarty friend that you are trying desperately to shop for… you have to check this place out. If you are trying to find a good place to get cute little monogrammed, well, anything for a gift for a baby, you also have to check this place out. If you are just looking to get a cute picture frame or an incredibly cute tote, you also must check this place out. This place has an amazing little boutique full of cute little monogrammed things. Everything from kids clothes to aprons to little stuff animals. The little dresses in this place are cute enough to be the clothes of dolls playing tea or the cartoon Alice in Wonderland. They also sell candles and all kinds of other fun things for decorating your house. Also, I have to say, they have some of the cutest bags and jewelry I have ever seen in a little side street boutique. The store is a lot more than you would expect it to me since it is most known for it’s monogramming. It’s certainly worth a drop in, just bring your debit card.

This is yet another darling little boutique in the now-trendy Maplewood shopping and dining area. They have cute aprons and matching oven mitts, mongramed items and children’s clothing. I’m not into monogramed stuff, but I know lots of people are, and this places is a treasure trove of goodies in this area.
