After an in depth assessment of your pain and dysfunction, I focus on providing one-​on-​one and hands on treatment. This includes an explanation of the problem (s), goal setting within timeframes and instruction in what you, the patient, can and must do to maximize the rate of recovery.

Specific exercises that are «evidence based» will be explained and practiced. Mobilization techniques and the use of electro-​physical agents are often utilized. Correct postural dynamics are explained.

Physical Therapy can very often achieve and maintain mobility and quality of life with independence in daily activities, and thereby reduce the need for surgery or prescription medicine.

Andrew Q.

Business Owner

Received his Physical Therapy degree with distinction in England in 1981. Practices only Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. Previously worked at Nuffield Orthopaedic Center, Oxford University, where he also conducted and published research on the effects of exercise and electrical stimulation on osteoarthrosis. He brings his past soccer playing experience to relate to the injured athlete.
