From the moment we walked in the door, the cashier was super sweet just like their cupcakes! I said i would come back even before i tried the cupcakes solely because of how i was treated. The cupcakes are amazing, we had a hard time choosing a favorite one! We have to go back and try them all.

Best place ever! I have been ordering cupcakes from the owners from before they even had this place in Maplewood back then they delivered to my home during the holidays. I have to admit they are the friendliest and they truly passionate about their cupcakes and not to mention the great variety of cupcakes and how tasty they are. If you are having a party, event, wedding, whatever it may be you should get your cupcakes here. Try it you will never regret it!

Upon entering the building, I was immediately greeted, and helped. After placing an order for one of my co-worker’s birthdays, I wanted to try some cupcakes for myself. I ordered 6 mini cupcakes, and ate 4⁄6 since they were so delicious and I didn’t want to share. This is an amazing establishment with a great atmosphere. The workers are personable and the cupcakes speak for themselves!

This cute little place is tucked in Maplewood like a gem! I saw it on my first day in town and I just had to make a visit.
My cousin and I stopped in to try and get some cupcakes for our uncle’s birthday. We were greeted by Emily. She was sweet and had green eyes so bonus points. She was patient with us since we were super indecisive. There were so many options, like the banana Nutella .
We got our cupcakes. We were given instructions. I had slipped and said that I was from Miami and on the way out, they wished me a safe flight home. Loved it. I will return!
And they ship the Gigi Pops!

Don’t bother with catering. I was a first-​time customer and called in the morning to put in an order for evening delivery. At first the girl told me they usually require 48 hours notice — don’t know how I was supposed to know that since the website gave no indication of it — but the girl said she would check with Gigi and call me back. A few hours came and went, no call. I called back an hour before they closed and no one picked up. By that time it was too late to me to order from anyone else so it pretty much ruined my event. Thanks for letting me down, Gigi’s.

I’ve been wanting to try this bakery for awhile and wow, am I glad I finally stopped in. I ordered a dozen mini cupcakes for my friends and I to share – the flavors were all unique, the cakes moist, and the taste amazing! A little too must frosting for my friend’s taste, but I thought they were perfect. The ladies at the counter we’re also extremely friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back again to try more things!

This little gem of a cupcake shop is hidden away on the corner of Springfield Avenue in Maplewood. Thye have mini and full size cupcakes. The cupcakes come in more than the usual boring flavors. The presentation is nice but taste is the test. By all objective standards this place rocks. They are super moist and the frosting is really fresh. Every bite was yummy. I got a box of 12 minis to bring home. Egg nog, sea salt caramel, shredded coconut, gingerbread, and smores were my selections. Service was speedy and friendly. Parking lot is small but adequate. I love to support local places and this one is definitely worth stopping in for. I will be back again.

We had the most wonderful experience with Gigi. Our daughter’s engagement party was yesterday and we had a two tiered display of yummy mini cupcakes. It made our desserts so special. They are a dream to work with too. I would love to post a picture.

The ORIGINAL Gigi’s in Maplewood is fantastic! I picked up a dozen mini cupcakes for 2 of my friends and I’m proud to say I shared all of them! My two favorites were the Chocolate Raspberry Truffle and the Smores! The wonderful, friendly and helpful customer service from Gigi herself was delightful! I highly recommend these cupcakes!

I don’t normally like or eat cupcakes since I find them too sweet. Fortunately, a family friend bought me a Gigi’s cupcake, and it was amazing! Super moist, not too sweet, I could taste the real vanilla and whole ingredients… Yum! It was an apple cinnamon flavor that had little pieces of apple in it and some kind of custard-​type filling. I recommend! Mmmm. I would definitely buy them for a party or gift. I see on their website that there are lots of amazing flavors that I’m now quite curious to try. :)

If you can find a time that this place is actually open, you will enjoy a phenomenal cupcake.
The cupcakes here are worth the hassle of playing Russian roulette with Te business hours. They say they are open until 6 some night but they are often closed by then.
They have a small parking lot but their mini cupcakes are adorable. If I catch them open and I’m in the mood for a cupcake, sure, I’ll stop in. It’s worth it.

I brought a dozen in to work for a birthday treat and watched them disappear in minutes! The flavors were fresh, cakes that were moist and not too sweet, plus they do trays and have really cute party ideas.

Good lord. My pants fit better before I learned of this place.
Gigi makes some tasty flavors like creamsicle, apple crumb, salted caramel and my personal favorite, the Elvis (peanut butter, banana and honey). Moist cake and icing that is smooth and not overly sweet.
They were also very accommodating when I went to them for dessert for a baby shower. Helped me figure out how many I would need and on the day of, they delivered and set up everything. Love that.

I really wish they had a location in Manhattan so I could go often! I absolutely LOVED the black velvet with chocolate chips inside… DELICIOUS! I scarfed down 3 within 24 hours: P
My boo liked the caramel and my friend liked the St. Patty’s day themed cupcake (I ate those too on the same day, btw: P). I’d definitely love to try out the other flavors they have!
