Ford Authorized Sales & Service of Maplewood

Maplewood Ford took what should have been a seamless transaction and made it so difficult. I can’t complain because the car I received from them was a corporate car. I can complain because they managed to botch up almost every single aspect of getting the car to me … even more agonizing because the sales guy had horrible communication and organizational skills:
— Late delivery — I had expense reports questioned because the car was two weeks late in getting to me.
— Forgot to send me license plates — THEN sent them to the wrong address after I begged for them. Then they forgot to send me the bolts to attach the license plates to the car so I had to drive 30 minutes to a Ford dealership to get them.
— Forgot to put inspection sticker on the car!
Not sure why they couldn’t get their act together … all of this stuff was pretty standard and to NOT have plates or inspection is pretty much illegal. I was driving on pins and needles until I got everything.
All of this and no apology or sense of urgency.
