Device Pitstop

Had a problem with my laptop and brought it here… very friendly staff, fast service, and reasonable prices. I will be returning if I ever have any other electronic problems again. Thanks guys!

Had my iPhone 6+ repaired here for a broken screen. Noticed it was installed improperly after a few hours of using it, the screen was higher off the frame on the right side. Unfortunately couldn’t get back there for a few days and then it cracked. Wouldn’t stand behind their faulty repair because of the crack, kept arguing with me and saying that because my screen cracked it was bent and would just keep doing it, after he check it and said «looks pretty straight». Just to be clear. The phone cracked after being in my pocket of my running pants! Had the phone for 1.5 years with no issues until I made the mistake of burning $ 200 at the Device Pitstop!
$ 200 repair, don’t waste your time, just leave the repairs up to the experts at the Apple Store.
You can tell a business by how they handle issues. And this business lacks in the service you have came to expect.
IMPORTANT Update on my review:
Went to the Apple Store today to again get my screen fixed. Btw, they fix screens for iPhone 6+ for $ 129. Device pitstop: $ 200.
They also said that now that I have had a third party touch it, I no longer can have them fix it, swap it out for a new one, and they won’t buy it so I can get on their upgrade program.
This now has become one of the worst decisions I have ever made!
STAY AWAY!

iPhone 5 repair. Due to my own stupidity, I needed my power jack repaired and incoming
sound speaker repaired. I needed it repaired ASAP as I was leaving town that afternoon.
Was told on the phone by WOW it would be a two hour wait once their repair person showed up. Device Pitstop Maplewood had my phone fixed in less than an hour. Would highly recommend Device Pitstop Maplewood. Fast repair service, good customer service, and
VERY reasonable repair cost.
I don’t do Google+ and I am not a fan of Facebook hence the Unilocal review.
