Business Owner

Raymond is an entrepreneurial business leader with strong track record of growing start-​up, entrepreneurial growth and growth phase businesses.

Raymond has a strong background in all facets of real estate including, land development, residential construction, financing, sales and investment of commercial and residential real estate.

Currently, Raymond is the Founder and Chief Manager of Amaris Custom Homes, Minnesota’s leading residential custom green home builder (MN License #20 364 759).

Raymond was the first Minnesota-​licensed residential contractor to be both Minnesota GreenStar Qualified and achieve LEED AP (Accredited Professional) certification with the U.S. Green Building Council.

Raymond’s passion is to transform the legacy residential building industry through leadership in the green building industry.
