I arrived here at the Subway next to Grocery Outlet and was promptly welcomed to a clean store and service area. It was a good sandwich and the interaction was helpful and courteous. I got good food served from a clean sanitary bar by a nice person.

Staff was rude, was eating or chewing gum while making food, overcharged for sandwiches. Tried to dispute cost and they just kept telling me I was wrong. Checked when I got home and I was, in fact, overcharged. Will drive farther to a different subway next time.

This review is for the Subway next to Grocery Outlet. My first attempt at picking up some sandwiches had me standing in line for 15 minutes I gave up and went to the Subway just down the street. Quick service yummy sandwich. 2 months later back at the Subway by Grocery Outlet. Only one person working and 5 sandwiches in front of me. Ridiculous, this Subway is seriously understaffed! Make the short drive down the street it’s worth it!
