I had my car detailed and was not very happy for what I paid, for the managers special $ 145 + tax. To Start off, the guy was almost a half an hour late and I was his first appointment. On his sign it says if someone stands him up he get $ 75, I ask if it applied to him being late and he said no way. The car was not vacuumed out in the back, and if it was, his vacuum is broken. Around the windows in the back, was still dirty around the hinges there were still oil marks, even the shelves around the windows inside were not even dusted. There was still mold residue around the exterior side mirrors. I had to detail after I got it home to finish the job before the new owners picked it up. The tires looked very nice though. I would not recommend this establishment. Go somewhere where somebody knows what «detail» means. The owner did call me after a bad review, but it was too late the vehicle was already gone. He offered for me to bring it back in so he could finish the job to my satisfaction, but again, it was too late.

This place does a great job on all my cars I’ve taken here and they are honest people! They will steam clean your engine for a great price that can’t be beat anywhere else. If you get the detail package then any additional add-​on services are %20 off. It’s a great deal! Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their car detail and looking clean! Since the weather is looking nicer these days make sure to book an appointment to save time.

We came to Steam Gloss Auto Detail based on the ratings Marcus and his shop received on Unilocal and we were not disappointed. The owner Marcus was friendly and knowledgeable and his attention to detail was simply the best! He went above and beyond in detailing our car and did an excellent job of getting rid of both the dog hair and the stains from our kiddo. Will definitely use him again and will refer him to all of our friends/​family.

They do truly incredible work here at very reasonable prices. We have been taking both of our cars here (Ford Flex and BMW M3) for quite a while and are always impressed with the quality of the work and the immense knowledge that the owner has about detailing techniques and products.
Marcus is truly a wizard at detailing and is happy to offer advice on the best time to get certain processes done to your car. For example I had just gotten some front end repairs done on my M3 when Marcus told me to wait at least 30 days after new paint before getting any kind of sealant on the car because of some detrimental effects that could arise if I didn’t. Any other shop would have happily taken me in to take my money for what could have resulted in costly repairs!

He always makes them feel brand new again, and has gone the extra mile every time, adding services or extra touches that we didn’t request. Marcus was very professional and respectful! I had both my cars cleaned and he did a very good job. Both of my cars are older models (93 and 95 G20s) and he worked on it like they were high end cars. I highly recommend his buisness, and I will be sure to let my family and friends know about Steam Gloss! I can’t wait to bring my cars back!

Marcus did a great job on my Explorer! I had some nasty bugs on the front and it was just in need of a good bath. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up I have had some bad luck in the past with detail shops that weren’t much on details. I will be back and would recommend Marcus and Steam Gloss to friends!

I stopped by today… and got a great car wash and wax. My car looks new and it’s almost 8 years old. This isn’t someone who set up a shop to wash cars for a few bucks, this is a business committed to doing a great job. Knowledgeable and educated in all that caring for and detailing vehicles involves, and focused on ensuring the customer is pleased with the product.

It’s a shame there aren’t more reviews on this place because the owner does a great job cleaning cars. My car wasn’t trashed, but it was well on its way. Not only was it sparkling clean like it just rolled off the showroom floor, but he took extra time with it because of some straggling pet hair. I will be returning and am happy to support a local business! Well worth it!!!
