A long wait, but was told that was out of the ordinary by the staff there. Appreciated their knowledge of the plans and their hard work. Now I have a phone I can be proud of!

When paying $ 2500 to end a contract winds up the cheapest way to go? That’s your sign you just got screwed over! Not only was I seriously taken advantage of by «Kody» (aka Sales Manager), but by the owner of that satellite store AND the Sprint Company too. They may say they care and want to make things right in their posts on Facebook or Unilocal, but they NEVER follow through with anything other than SERIOUS billing issues! DO NOT GO TO SPRINT! I’ve seen their windows shattered at the Maple Valley store several times and witnessed other customers on the phone yelling at the Sales Reps!
