Disappointing. Tasteless. Phở was bland with undercooked noodles. Spring rolls were all noodles with maybe one piece of tofu and lettuce. They were wrapped so poorly(probably because of so many noodles) that they ripped and fell apart when you pulled them off the plate. At least in my experience it was a waste of money.

I stopped here for lunch on a Monday. Quick service and good food. I had orange chicken, chicken teriyaki, and a hot tea($ 12 total, not including the tip). It was fast and delicious. I’ll be back.

Great little local spot for something different — Great staff, always kind and helpful. Love the Phở’ — and the wings with the fish sauce are very good. Prices are right in there with everyone else, but I think they have a great selection. Give it a try!

Went back, and the soup, to their stir fried noodle dish is flavorful. Glad they are in town when I have phở cravings.

4 stars for well prepared tofu & veggies. But looses a star for bland beef broth. I had to doctor it up…& still just blah

Very friendly quick service in a very zen comfortable atmosphere. Food is also excellent and the pricing is very fair. I love this place!

Great service, nice people, clean and lovely space. Delicious food. My only problem was I couldn’t eat all the Phở in a small portion. So glad we stopped in. Will definitely go again. I wish I could post a picture. The food is not just delicious, it’s beautiful too.

Decided to check out this place because it was local. I seen that it had a lot of different reviews from different customers. I definitely would have to say that I was very impressed with this place as far as the atmosphere, and wait staff they were definitely on top of their game. I was extremely impressed on how fast their service was once we ordered our food. The food came out at a quick time and usually that’s not a good thing. However, the quality of food was outstanding. I was extremely impressed with their food presentation, and their taste of their food. The only thing that I would suggest is that maybe they need to open up a little bit more of an alcohol menu. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. In addition, we will definitely be back to this place to eat again. I definitely give this place high reviews.

Came for quick bite 230pm. Place is small but staff provides solid service. I ordered the Rice with BBQ pork and spring roll and. Vietnamese coffee. Which is standard Viet dish. Portions are small, and I left a bit dissapointed given 10.95 price tag. Total bill was $ 16.00. Which to me is expensive for Viet food. Not a bad lunch, but I have had better.

I love this place! The food is always amazing and they are willing to work with my seafood allergies! They make the spring rolls with chicken instead of scrimp for me. I eat here as much as I can.

I hated phở until I came here! Now it’s one of my favorites! This place is Maple Valley’s hidden gem. Service is always top notch and the phở never disappoints. We eat it a couple times a month. The sweet and sour chicken is excellent as well.

I enjoy the phở, and I especially like that kids eat free on Tuesdays. I can get my big bowl of phở and my kid can get chicken teriyaki at no extra cost. The downside is that the portions are small. I can eat an entire bowl of large no meat phở, and not feel like I’m stuffed and going to die. My 5 year old was not impressed with the amount of food he was served as well. He finished his food in about 5 minutes. Good flavor, but they can work a little harder on portion size.

First experience: we sat in the very empty restaurant and once finished weren’t too impressed. So We thought we would give it one more try later on because the location is so convenient. 2nd experience: nearly a year later we thought we would take our chances again. We ordered a substantial amount for carry out and were very disappointed in not only the quality of food again, but as well as small portions. Conclusion: they will never get out business again.

It’s a great place for the local area. The price is a little on the spendy side, but not too bad. However, you could taste the freshness in the food, and the authentic flavors are well complemented. The Gyoza and Spring Rolls are completely packed with meat as opposed to other places which have 70% fried crunch.

Never eating here again. Ordered to go and barely got half of the amount of what I even paid for. How did this place get good reviews?

I didn’t like the food when this place first opened, so the initial review was horrible. In fact, when they first opened, their spring rolls were just awful. My how things change :) So yes, the menu has changed a bit, and while I don’t get many things from this place, I will say this: GETTHEMANGOSPRINGROLLS. NOW. Those blasted little rolls of Nirvana are the BEST spring rolls I’ve ever had. Anywhere. If you like sweetened fish dipping sauce, bean sprouts, basil, fried tofu, shrimp, mango, rice noodles, and lettuce all rolled together, this is where the buck stops. I eat these puppies almost every day. Seriously. If you are a fan of fresh spring rolls… you will not be sorry!

I got phở to go and while the broth was pretty decent, I was disappointed with what they packed. No chopsticks or siracha was given. Pretty difficult to eat. I have a feeling if I dine in, it’ll be better. If you get it to go, check your package!
