Horrible service. Ruined my carpet while installing tile in my kitchen and then refused to offer any restitution after carpet cleaners tried and failed to get the stains out. I had to contact their insurance myself in order to get compensation for the damage.
The work itself is mediocre. There are ridges between the tiles that you can feel when you walk on it. I probably could’ve done a better job myself.
Sloppily reinstalled baseboards, so now there is glue oozing out from the edges.
Damaged one of my artworks, and then denied doing it.
All in all a horrible experience.
