Papa John’s Pizza

The pizza is alright. It’s a thick, sweet crust, but the pizza is made the way it’s supposed to be and the delivery times are usually very good. Busy nights on the weekend seem to put them back quite a bit. Weird, since this is the concept behind the company.
The store is clean for the most part, if there are no customers.
The music is ridiculous. The employees just play whatever music they want at an obnoxious volume. There is no censor or anyone in the store that cares that this is supposed to be a family establishment.
The employees are rude and impatient. Customer service only exists here in order to get the customer back out the door. There is not a sense of caring for the food that you are about to eat.
The manager at this location doesn’t seem to care for his employees

We ordered pizza and waited the busy hour and a half. Pizza showed up cold as ice. When calling the manager he agrued. My response I’m a retail manager you can’t handle the business, put a hold on it until you get got up. $ 35 and we are reheating. Ugh

This place has horrible costumer service! I called because our food is cold. He doesn’t even ask who I am nothing just no that came straight out of the oven and straight to you. Your telling me I am the only order and all day and it took 40 mins! Nice! I guess it time to go back to domino. at least the have better costumer service and better pizza

Employees are friendly and polite. Would have been 5 stars but if I’m paying another three dollars for extra sauces they better make it in the box unlike my last two visits.

Sitting at home with the flu, it only made sense to have a pizza delivered for my family since I couldn’t cook.
I placed the order from my phone entered in my debit card information and hit submit. I then received an email stating that my order had been placed. Thought I was all done.
The pizza delivery guy showed up, he was very nice, and he told me that the order stated I had requested a cash, which I had not. I told him that I didn’t have cash, but that I could get him a check or call the store. He called the store to see what he should do and I went ahead and called them to make the payment.
Kim, is who I spoke with, and she was not very pleasant and seemed very agitated that this was taking place. Obviously something had gone wrong with the online ordering but it was out of my control. She did not need to be rude and I don’t think I will be ordering pizza from there again..

Went to this location a couple weeks ago after we moved into our new house close by. We have gotten Papa John’s in other places we’ve lived and usually consider it an ok pizza. Ordered a vegetarian and a pepperoni. We had a long day of unpacking and were just glad to have something to eat without having to cook. The vegetarian was good but the pepperoni was NOT. Took one bite and knew something was off. My husband thought I was being weird about it so he said he would eat it. He experienced the same thing.
One bite and that was it! I think the pepperoni had gone bad! It really was terrible. Luckily my son was happy eating the vegetarian.
We were so tired and it was late so we ended up just throwing the pepperoni one away instead of bothering complaining about it. What a waste of money though!
Hopefully this was a one time occurrence but I think we will try another place for pizza next time!

Rude service and it’s all dough hardly any toppings and barely any cheese. I don’t know if it’s just this location or all locations but after the service I received I will not be returning. I can’t believe the people they hire to be the regional manager

Consistently efficient. The employees are always polite, carryout is fast, and the pizza is hot and delicious.
One thing I find is that employees will often forget what extra sauces and drinks you ordered, so you may have to repeat yourself.
Overall, a good place to do dinner quick and easy.

Gross. Just received our pizza. Ordered the 3 topping special. Pepperoni olives and extra cheese. Hardly any cheese for a normal pizza and we had ordered extra. Sauce is way to sweet and crust has no flavor. We will never order from papa johns again.

Services are absolutely horrible!!! delivery even didn’t show up or called. Had to call them twice… got bunch of excuses:((ended up cancelling our order. Customer service doesn’t even know how to deal will disappointed customer. WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN.

3 stars cause its papa johns and they normally have pretty good pizza, but I literally live a 15 minute drive away and they won’t deliver to my area (I don’t drive). I know for a fact other papa johns locations drive further and have higher delivery volume than this store, that’s ridiculous!

Awesome pizza and awesome service! Hubby and I came in and ordered an xl the works pizza square cut and cheesy sticks, he messed up and didn’t square cut and remade the pizza and gave us the second free:-) the service was excellent!

Forget the $ 5 carryout deal. The pizzas sit in the warmer too long, causing the cheese to harden and the sauce to dry out. The deal has also made them busier than they can deal with, making the quality suffer. Best to avoid until they can fix their production issues.

Papa John’s is a solid pizza chain. This location is no exception. The food is consistently delicious. Since first introduced to Papa John’s I have been a fan because they have consistently good doe and they give you 2 perks! 1) garlic butter sauce & 2) peppers. Really this pizza is above average even though it doesnt cost that much, its those two little «perks» that make it great for me and those who share it with me. My favorite pizza from them, bar none, is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. I love their Cheese bread as well. Im sure the cheese bread adds 5 lbs every time I eat it, but it is worth the money.
Im looking forward to trying their Buffalo Chicken Pizza.

Fast and Consistent. It’s not the greatest pizza in the world, but pretty decent. I like a little thinner crust and a kittle more cheese on my pizza, but different people have different likes and dislikes when it comes to pizza. They do run daily specials which are usually a good bargain.

6 cheese tuscan pizza, light sauce, well done is all I have to say! The best! The hot wings are awesome and Papa John’s Special is great too, delivery is super fast. I just have nothing bad to say here! Outstanding every time!
Great selection on pizzas, wings, breads. Only thing not a big selection on salads. For 2 small speciality pizzas, hot wings and 2 pops, with delivery and a $ 3 tip it was $ 32. Use coupons if you want to spend less then that! FYI
