Great service, reasonable prices. Very happy and will definitely return. Trina did my pedicure and was very thorough. Jasmin was working on a customer next to me but made sure my water was perfect and that I was comfortable. She was very friendly.

I went to the Spa for a pedicure with my daughter yesterday. I was not impressed. I made an appointment the day before so that I would have some good attention and we could have our pedicures at the same time. Well, they must have let some walk-​ins or just overbooked because when we came there was not enough ladies working there. So instead of having our feet done together, they did my daughter first and then me. It took 2X as long and we felt rushed, not the great quality that they promised the day before. This place is not cheap. So overall, it was disappointing. I will not be coming back. Didn’t deliver on their promises.

I love this place!!! I had moved to Maple Valley about a year ago and this was the first salon that I had gone to, and I would never go anywhere else. The prices are very affordable, they have a check in process where you rack up points and get discounts based on the things that interest you, also if you sign up for text messaging your get discounts alert there as well :-) the salon itself is very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is great as well, everyone is friendly and they all wear uniforms and have a name tag on which I had never encountered at other salons and I like the feel of professionalism. I get a gel powder set and the product is very good, I had never had it break on me even though I type all day long at work. Check them out, you wont be sorry!

I came here as a gift from my husband and I liked it. The second time I went I took my daughters and my best friend. I was in love with my girl. I can’t remember her name and will have to update this with it but she was OMG amazing. I showed her a picture and she got the unique design spot on! I was so impressed that I will always go here, which is not that close to me, for my toes :)
There is two bad seeds here though, watch out for them. One was already named in on of the other review. Her work was sloppy and I had to go back and my girl redid my girl’s toes.
The gentleman at the front is super nice and the place is really clean and I love the theme.

FINALLY. A nail salon that… just gets it. I feel bad that nail salons get bad reps because of ONE bad manicurist. Do your research, ask around, there’s always a lead manicurist who knows what she’s doing, like Trina. I’m extremely picky w/​my nails and Trina satisfied all my needs! Shape was perfect!
Every visit you «login» to their iPad and it earns you points towards money off your next service. You can use them as you get them, or save up!
I almost took one star off for their price range. ($ 35 for a fill w/​shellac). However they off a 5% discount if you pay cash so that helps!

Jasmin did my nails, and they are horrible. I asked for medium length, stiletto nails. I got the farthest from that. They aren’t even, the acrylic is even covering my entire nail. & when I asked her to fix things (repeatedly) she 100% ignored me. Then she messed up the polish, and when I asked her to fix it, she again, ignored me. I definitely will not be back here.

I went in for a pedi with a paraffin hand treatment… didn’t want a full manicure. Tran was fabulous with my pedi. She was gentle when using the metal tool I am scared of! Polish looks excellent… I would go back for her. However, the woman who did my paraffin dip and mani w/​o Polish was rough and she didn’t prep my nails properly for top coat. There must have been too much oil on the surface because I waited 20 mins in the pedi chair for them to dry with no progress. I finally helped myself to a dryer and left with still sticky nails after 10 more minutes! The top coat got in my hair and all mucked up by the time I got home. I didn’t have time to ask them to fix it after waiting so long.
I will look for another salon to frequent, but I will go back in a pinch and Tran is available. Salon was clean and I did receive excellent customer service on the phone and when paying.
