Weldon’s Tree & Lawn Service

Communication was difficult. But just like the theatre, it mysteriously turns out fine! Weldon’s did an amazing job taking down four hemlock trees from my backyard without a cherry picker and with no damage to fences, plant beds, etc. They arrived when they finally said they would arrive and did the job in mere hours with no inconvenience to me. Lucky I was home that day b/​c there was no room for figuring out what plan «b» might have been. Again, the communication is terrible between customer and service provider — however, Weldon’s was fair and did an excellent job! I would recommend them if you have a lot of patience and believe that in the end, it will all work out! Thanks Weldons!!!

Rick was reasonable and did a great job.

McNaughton’s Garden Center uses Weldon’s so I figured I give them a shot. I had seen their coupons in the mail before so I was familiar with the name. I had a large tree and some smaller ones cut down in March 2011. I was able to negotiate with the owner, Rick, and also use the coupon, so I got a great deal.
It was drizzling most of the day, so I was surprised they came out to do the work. I wasn’t home at the time but the next morning I checked and my yard and driveway were very clean considering that they worked in the rain the day before. One thing I wasn’t happy about was that it was hard to get a hold of Rick on the phone. The morning of the scheduled work I had left him a message to verify if he was still coming since it was drizzling. He never returned my call. Regardless, they did a good job at a reasonable price, so at the least I would recommend getting an estimate from them.
