I’ve lived here for almost a year. There are definitely pro’s and con’s to complex. The maintenance is not quick and will ignore you unless you repeatedly call. And then you still may never here from them. Leasing office is ok. Chris in leasing is amazing. The apartments themselves are a good size, I have a large 1 bedroom renovated. The renovations are cheap and don’t hold up well. Do not expect them to ever fix anything and you will be ok. I enjoy living there, but there may be better options for this price range in the area.
