Needed a replacement for my kitchen chair. I bought my set from Viking in Oct. of 2011. Had my receipt with all the necessary information and called at 2:30 today. At 6:00, Stuart delivered the chair to my house. Where can you get service like that!,

These guys aren’t ready for the customer experience side of owning a business. Small player who just does the bare minimum and stuck in the archaic age. Product quality isn’t there. Customer experience side lacks. Store is a mess. It’s too hit or miss. I’d say this is a 2.5 star business but figured I wouldn’t start them out too low. If the company reads this, don’t get mad, get better. You could easily increase your business as a local player if you were clean, helpful and on top of your game. But, you can’t teach an old dog much. Be open to getting better.
