Established in 1987.

While working with I bought my first truck in 1987 and equipment from ChemLawn CarpetClean because they were phasing out of the residential carpet cleaning. Since I have been certified with Clean Trust and International Cleaning and Restoration Assoc.

Business Owner

Mike Vass, born on the island of Crete, Greece in a stone house, immigrated to the United States with his family when he was two years old. By way of ship they took the long journey across the Atlantic. Leaving behind the fertile hills of olive orchards and vineyards in Crete, they settled to the fertile hills of apple orchards in La Crescent, Minnesota. The Mississippi river hugged the banks of their small town. Mike still enjoys biting into a fresh apple along the banks of a lazy river!

Mike lives in Maple Plain, Minnesota with his wife, Gail. They have been married 32 years and have two adult sons and one daughter-​in-​law. His hobbies are gardening, biking, jogging, tennis and trying his hand at growing his own apples!
