Very disappointed. I had a 9 am appointment so we had taken the day off of work to meet with them. Steve was to come look at our whole-​house RO system. at 10 am I called their Office as nobody had yet come. I was told they would call him and have someone call us back. By 11:30, we had given up. We have still not heard anything from the company or the man that was to come out and we lost personal work days! If anyone has other recommendations for the South West suburbs, I would love to get them.

Prairie State is great. They are HONEST and very professional. We’ve had them out to replace a well tank, and a few years later, used them again to install a new well pump system for us. I cannot say enough about how much I recommend this company — give them a call, it will be worth your time and you’ll be happy you did!

always super courteous. and they know their stuff. one time a repair was done for the cost of parts ($ 7) because the guy was already in the neighborhood. would have been $ 100 house call.
