History

Established in 2004.

Crystal Clear Waters was started as a family business with an emphasis on customer service. Doug Boatwright, an NSPF licensed pool /​spa operator and owner of CCW, has worked as an pool installer, pool and spa repair and service tech, and finally as a service manager before starting his own company. Our people have factory training in most makes and models of pumps, filters, heaters, automatic cleaners, salt/​chlorine systems, safety and automatic pool covers as well as training in advanced water chemistry, filtration hydraulics and pool design.
