Stranded in Elk River with a blown tire and at Friday night at 8pm NOWHERE was open.
Luckily good tire was open and we headed over there. We were very well taken care of by Jeremy! He answered our questions, made the process simple and easy and he was pretty easy on the eyes too!

Poor communication. Slow service. High fees/​prices.
2 hours after dropping my car for an alignment and oil change, I called to check on my car. I was told they just were getting around to it. Unable to leave my car for another 2 hours, they rushed the oil change and I left without an alignment. When I expressed my discontentment, they said when I came back they would waive the $ 30 alignment check fee. Oh gee, thanks. Most places don’t charge or waive the fee if you are getting service done. I will not be back.
