Umm… Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The manager told me that, «he just works there» and then hung up the phone. Enough said…

This used to be where I went for all my eye care and glasses needs. But my last trip there was a bit of a mess.
First, I got an eye exam so that I could renew my contact lens prescription. Long story short, my doctor wrote down my prescription wrong. I was walking around for over a month with blurry contacts before I went in to another clinic to get them checked out. This also created a hassle with ordering/​returning/​re-​ordering contacts.
Second, the staff in their frame shop are simply not well trained. In theory, I could just try on every frame in the store until I found one that looked good on my face. But I’d rather someone be familiar with the frames in the store and be able to pick out those good looking frames for me. Just directing me to the wall with metal frames after I say I want metal frames isn’t enough.
