For the client, this means the company owner, Chuck or the Superintendent Trent will be on-​site at the job every day, overseeing the project, personally making sure the job is completed to the client’s satisfaction. The team takes care of everything, from handling the permit process to cleaning up when our work is done; we don’t leave until the client is happy. We guarantee our workmanship with a one-​year warranty and 10-​year major defects coverage per Minnesota guidelines to ensure a quality finished product.

History

Established in 2000.

In 2000, Chuck co-​founded J Brothers with his brother, who left the business in 2008, and now co-​owns the business with his wife Teri. With his expertise, experience, and industry contacts, Chuck aspires to building J Brothers Home Improvement into one of the finest, most-​reputable businesses in the home improvement industry.

Business Owner

J Brothers’ President Chuck Johnson’s choice of vocation was clear to him from an early age. High school shop classes sparked his interest in the building industry, and motivated Chuck to attend Alexandria Vocational Technical Institute’s Carpentry Program. He has performed a variety of jobs within the industry throughout his 30-​plus year career, most notably as project manager and vice president of custom-​designed, high-​end new homes for the majority of those years.

In addition to J Brothers, Chuck volunteers his time at his church. In his free time, Chuck enjoys golf and spending time at the lake and with his family including his wife, daughter, three sons
