Business Owner

Eric Helmers started his career in the construction and remodeling business working as a grunt under his fathers construction company in Excelsior Minnesota. From and early age Eric paid attention to the details of the construction business from the sales and marketing to the to detail and quality of the work performed by sub contractors.

Later in life after the passing of his father, Eric choose to close up shop and concentrate on helping buyers and sellers directly in the marketing of their homes and the investment protection of buyers. Eric has attained his Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) and his E-​Pro certifications thus ensuring strong knowledge of both sides of the real estate process.

Eric also received the CDPE certification as one of the countries knowledgeable short sale experts. Eric is dedicated to his clients and to the integrity of his clients and Keller Williams Realty.
