Fresh Carpets, LLC. is family owned and operated and has been serving the South Jersey area since 1993. We use truckmounted cleaning system for hot water (steam) extraction.

Our services include: Carpet, Upholstery, Tile and Grout Cleaning. We can deodorize and apply Dupont Teflon stainguard to your carpet or upholstery. We are pet stain and odor specialists.

History

Established in 1993.

This business was started by my father, Ed Colgan, and my uncle, Art Morin in 1993. The business started out as a Janitorial Business that offered carpet cleaning to its commercial carpets. I joined my father and uncle in business in 2000 and specialized in the carpet cleaning portion of the business. Over time we diversified our services to residential services that included carpet, upholstery, and tile and grout cleaning. In recent times the family decided to narrow our focus and the janitorial business and carpet cleaning business were split up. Fresh Carpets was in business uder ARMS ETCetera, Inc. and after the split became Fresh Carpets, LLC. Both business still work closely with one another as we share many of the same customers. Fresh Carpets, LLC. now has an equal customer base of residential and commercial accounts.

We service small homes, large estates, medical facilities, business offices, municipal buildings, schools, restaurants, retail, and industrial buildings.

Business Owner

I am a graduate of Philadelphia Textile (Philadelphia University) and have a degree in Textile Marketing and Management. I was a scholarship baseball player in college. I became a partner in this business in 2000 and I am now the sole owner of Fresh Carpets, LLC. I am certified for carpet cleaning by the IICRC, and Fresh Carpets, LLC. is also a certified firm. I grew up in Lumberton, NJ and that is where my customer base is. I recently moved to Mantua, NJ. with my wife and 4 year old son and I am slowly building up my business around Mantua. So we cover a wide area of Gloucester County, Camden County, and Brulington County. We also provide service to Ocean City and neighboring beach towns, where my family has a shore home.

I have invested in my education, and have top of the line equipment to provide superior results for my customers. Fresh Carpets prices its service’s at a true value. We take great pride in our work and value our customers time and choice to use us.
