Ron Laffranchi

I had the pleasure of meeting Ron in a professional capacity. He was representing a client of mine; I was the attorney and he the agent for the real estate transaction. Ron pointed out problems with the transaction (structured by the other agent) that would have added to both agents’ commissions, but would have been unnecessarily, improperly added costs to our mutual client.
I love to see people who act against their own personal financial interest to serve those they are paid to serve. Ron did just that; he did the honorable thing and went the extra mile to earn every last net dollar for his client. I respect his integrity and honesty, and believe he does his best to be helpful.
I had but one chance to see him in action professionally, and his character and kindness both impressed me. I cannot opine as to anything about him save for that which I witnessed. From that I can say he impressed me, served well his client’s interests and went the extra mile to work with me (an attorney) to make sure our mutual client was given the best of our combined efforts. I respect him professionally, and believe he is a great option for a client needing a professional, ethical and honorable agent.
I can also say his knowledge of the valley real estate market is exceptional. Local knowledge makes a huge difference in any real estate deal. Don’t just use any agent; find a local expert. Like Ron, for the Valley.
